Indicates the sequence of your bills. This gets higher every month the longer you stay with Globe.


Amount to Pay


Your total charges for the billing period, including any balance from your previous bill (overdue). The overdue amount should be paid immediately. If this has been settled after the bill cut-off date and before the current bill's due date, you can just disregard the amount. 


Charges for the current billing period must be paid on or before the indicated due date.


Account Number


The identifier for your account used for payment transactions.


Billing Period


The date range for which you're being billed.


Due Date


The last day on which payment for the bill should be made. To maintain good credit standing, payment on or before the due date is encouraged.

The name of the postpaid plan you're subscribed to. The box below it may contain personalized greetings and reminders specific to your account/s.

Shows the breakdown of your total charges for the indicated billing period.


Monthly Recurring Fee


Your monthly plan, and recurring add-ons and rebates, if any.


Monthly Plan


The fixed amount you chose for your monthly subscription plan.


Excess Usage


Any local and international usage that isn't part of your plan components. Corresponds to "Usage (Net of Consumables)" in the old bill.


Other Charges


Transactional charges such as admin fees and one-time subscriptions (add-ons/boosters, promo registration fees, etc.).


Gadget Cash-out


The payment for the device that you availed of, may be a single payment or in installment depending on the terms for which you were approved.

Previous Bill Activity


The breakdown of charges, payments and adjustments from your previous billing period. Corresponds to "Previous Bill Charges" in your old bill.


Previous Bill Amount


This amount refers to the total charges from your previous bill. Corresponds to "Amount Due from Previous Bill" in your old bill.


Remaining Balance (Due Immediately)


The unpaid amount from your previous bill. Also known as overdue balance or amount, this is being collected together with your total charges for the current billing period. In the old bill, this corresponds to "Remaining Balance from Previous Bill."


The Remaining Balance only appears on the bill if you missed or made an insufficient payment previously.


Remaining Credit


The amount from your excess payment or credited adjustment from the previous bill carried over to the current bill. In the old bill, payment is usually indicated by the letters "CR" under "Details of Payments."


The Remaining Credit only appears on the bill if you paid more than the amount indicated on your previous bill/s, or if adjustments have been made on your account.

Mobile Number


Your assigned mobile number. This is composed of 11 digits and is unique per customer. The first four digits are network-specific.


Monthly Plan


Your monthly plan and the breakdown of its components. This portion also indicates your recurring add-ons and recontracting reward, if there are any.


Period


The date range for which you're being billed.


Your Plan Includes


Refers to your plan components (packs/combos, add-ons/boosters, or consumables).


Peso Value


This only appears if you're under the plan type called Best Ever mySuper Plan. The assigned value is almost double the amount of your plan with which you used to buy your plan components.


Add-ons


Subscriptions that auto-renew monthly and are charged on top of your plan.


Rewards Details


Shows the amount of the bill rebate that will be deducted from the bill for re-contracting customers.


Subtotal


The total amount of your plan plus add-ons (if any) without the value-added tax yet.


Add % VAT


The amount of value-added tax (VAT) applied to your monthly recurring fees.


Total


Total monthly recurring charges, including the VAT.

Summary of Excess Usage


Details of your usage of local and international calls, texts, and mobile data, roaming, and value-added services that are not part of your plan.


Your usage


Indicates your actual usage of a service.


Allowance


The allocation of calls, texts and mobile data as part of your plan components. Calls are shown in minutes, texts in number, and mobile data is in MB or GB.
May indicate "unlimited" if you're subscribed to unlimited services.


Consumable


The unused amount of your fixed monthly plan. Consumables can cover your usage of the following basic services: Calls (local, IDD and NDD), texts (to Globe/TM, to other networks, international texts), browsing (local only). 
Value-added services (VAS), data roaming, and Share-A-Load are excluded. 
One consumable = P1.


Value Added Services


These include ringback tones, picture messages, games and game credits, and other downloads and subscriptions you availed of to complement your mobile lifestyle. App store purchases charged to your bill are also part of value-added services. These are billed on top of your plan.


Add % VAT


The amount of value-added tax (VAT) applied to your excess usage.


Total Excess Usage


Total charges for excess usage including the VAT.

Total MRF


The sum of your monthly plan and add-ons, if any, without VAT. Also the same amount as the Subtotal under Monthly Recurring Fee.


Total Excess Usage


This is the sum of your excess usage without VAT. Also the same amount as the Subtotal under Summary of Excess Usage.


Total Surcharge


Extra fee that applies to all roaming usage except for Roam Surf 599. This only appears on the bill if you went abroad and used the roaming service in your destination country.


Total VAT


The sum of the VAT from your monthly recurring fees and excess usage.


Total OCT


The tax that applies to international services such as IDD, international texts and iMessage activation fee. This only shows up in your bill if you used the services mentioned.


Total Amount to Pay


The sum of all these charges: Total MRF, Total Excess Usage, Total Surcharge, Total VAT and Total OCT.

Summary of Other Charges


The details of your one-time subscriptions and downloads (add-ons/boosters, promo registrations, etc.), and transactional charges (admin fees, etc.)


Subscriptions and Downloads


Shows the type of one-time subscriptions and downloads that you availed of and their corresponding fees. More specifically, these are promo registrations (call, text, data, combo, and content) that don't auto-renew.


One Time Charges


Shows the one-time fees for service requests you made. These include pre-termination, admin and transfer of ownership fees.


ADD % VAT


The amount of value-added tax (VAT) applied to your subscriptions, downloads, and one-time charges.


Total of Other Charges


Total charges for subscriptions, downloads, and other services, including the VAT.

Gadgets and Digital Connectors


This sections shows the gadget or device you availed, your payment (e.g. one-time or installment) and the value-added tax (VAT) applied to the payment. This appears only if you availed of a gadget/device/digital connector and had the payment charged to your postpaid bill.

Total charges for gadgets and digital connectors, including the VAT.

Shows the type of reward you availed of and its amount. May be in the form of bill rebates that recur monthly, or a one-time credit. Deductible against your bill.

Payment Details


Describes when and where you made your payment, when your payment was credited to your account, and the reference number for your payment.


Payment Date


The date on which you made your payment.


Posting Date


The date your previous bill payment was credited to your account.


Reference No.


A tracking number assigned by the payment channel whenever payment is received.


Amount


Refers to the amount paid to your account.


Adjustment


Reversals and other adjustments that may be Globe- or customer-initiated.


Total Adjustment


The total amount of adjustment credited to your account, inclusive of tax.

Free Minutes


The allocation of minutes you can use for calls based on your plan component or promo subscription. The details of your free minutes can be found in "Your plan includes."


Consumable


The portion of your usage that will be charged to your consumable amount.


NDD


Calls made by your DUO to a landline outside of your subscription area. Also, calls made by your mobile number to a landline in another region having a different area code.


IDD


Calls made by your mobile number to an international number.


Date/Time of IDD


The date and time you made the IDD call shown in the Philippine time zone.

These are the local and international text messages sent by your mobile number.


Free Messages


The allocation of text messages that you can use based on your plan component or promo subscription. The details of your free texts can be found in "Your plan includes."

Browsing Charges (MB)


Data usage charged per MB.


Free Allowance

Browsing Charges (time-based)


Data usage charged per minute.


Subtotal Browsing Charges


Total charges for local data usage without the VAT.


Total for Local Data


Total charges for local data usage, including the VAT.

Details of your usage outside of the basic calls and texts. These are promo registrations complementing your mobile lifestyle such as ringback tones, games, game credits, picture messages, and app store purchases. May also include online purchases that you charged to your postpaid bill.

Details of International Roaming Charges


This box contains the details of your call, text and mobile data usage while roaming as sent by the telecom provider your number latched on to. The amount is converted to local currency and excludes taxes.


Telecom Provider


This is the name of the telecom provider whose services you availed of when you went abroad.


Outgoing Voice Call Charges


These are the details of the calls initiated by your mobile number when you were abroad.


Incoming International Roaming Call


These are the details of the calls accepted by your mobile number when you were abroad.


Incoming Text Charges


These are the text messages received your mobile number when you were abroad.


Outgoing Text Charges


These are the text messages sent by your mobile number when you were abroad.


Mobile Internet


These are the details of your internet usage abroad.


Pay Per Use


Details of your mobile internet usage abroad based on the roaming operator's zonal rates. Zonal rates apply if no roaming promos exist in the country you visited.


Promo


These are the roaming promos you subscribed to when you were abroad. Examples would be Roam Surf 599 and Easy Roam 149.


Total Mobile Internet Charges


Total charges incurred for mobile data usage while roaming.


Subtotal Charges of Foreign Service Provider


This is the sum of all your roaming usage without taxes and surcharges.


Surcharge for Roaming Calls


This is a service fee applied to your roaming calls.


Total Charges of Foreign Service Provider


This is the sum of all your roaming usage with taxes and surcharges for each roaming operator. If you availed of the roaming services of two or more roaming operators in one trip, these will be shown separately per roaming operator.


Total Roaming Charges


The sum of all your roaming charges, including surcharges and taxes. If you availed of the roaming services of two or more roaming operators in one trip, these will be the sum of all the charges from these operators including surcharges and taxes.
