GlobeOne App
STEP 1: Log-in to GlobeOne app and click on the “Buy Load.”
STEP 2: Choose an account or type a mobile number, then tap “Done.”
STEP 3: Tap "Next,” enter or choose your desired load amount, then tap “Buy Load.”
STEP 4: Choose your preferred payment method:
- GCash
- Charge to Load
- Credit or Debit Card
STEP 5: Proceed and complete the payment process.
Note: You can also buy load and promos when you’re not logged in by tapping “Buy.”
Online Loading
You can now use your credit card to load up your phone via our online loading channel.
How to load online:
STEP 1: Go to the loading page.
STEP 2: Enter your Prepaid mobile number.
STEP 3: Choose an amount or Prepaid promo to load.
STEP 4: Click “Next” and choose your mode of payment.
STEP 5: You’ll receive a confirmation message once reloading has been successful.
AUTOLOADMAX
AutoloadMax (AMAX) is Globe's electronic reloading service that allows retailers to automatically reload Prepaid credits to Globe or TM phones.
Reload at the nearest sari-sari store or your AMAX-ready neighborhood dealers.
GCash
If you have an active GCash account, you can buy load for yourself or send load to a friend!
STEP 1: Download the GCash app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Open GCash and select “Load.”
STEP 3: Input the mobile number and press “Next.”
STEP 4: Select the load amount and press “Buy Now.”
STEP 5: Confirm the amount of load and press “Pay” to proceed with your transaction.
Mobile Apps
You can now buy load through the following mobile apps:
Load via CLiQQ app:
STEP 1: Download the CLiQQ app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Open CLiQQ app and select “Buy Load.”
STEP 3: Choose Globe and select the load amount.
STEP 4: Enter your mobile number and confirm.
STEP 5: Present the bar code to the cashier and pay.
STEP 6: You will receive a text message to confirm your transaction.
Load via Lazada app:
STEP 1: Download the Lazada app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Log-in and choose “Load, Bills & eCoupon.”
STEP 3: Choose “Load” and select “Globe.”
STEP 4: Input your Prepaid mobile number and select your preferred promo.
STEP 5: Choose your preferred payment option and press “Pay Now.”
Load via Shopee app:
STEP 1: Download the Shopee app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Log-in and choose “Load, Bills & Travel” on the dashboard.
STEP 3: Choose “Buy Load” and select “Globe.”
STEP 4: Input your Prepaid Mobile number and select your preferred load amount.
STEP 5: Select your preferred payment method.
STEP 6: Press “Pay Now” to confirm your purchase.
Load via Coins.ph app:
STEP 1: Download the coins.ph app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Open the app and tap “Buy Load.”
STEP 3: Enter the mobile number you want to load.
STEP 4: Slide to pay and complete your transaction.
Load via BPI app:
STEP 1: Download the BPI app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Open your BPI app and login using your username and password.
STEP 3: Click the “Menu” button, go to “Payments/Load” section and click “Load Prepaid Phone.”
STEP 4: Fill in the load form with mobile number and amount of load and click “Next.”
STEP 5: After reviewing the details, click “Confirm.”
STEP 6: Click “Yes, send me the code” and input the 6-digit one-time pin you will receive on your registered mobile number.
STEP 7: You will receive a notification via BPI App once your transaction is successful.
Load via Puregold mobile app:
STEP 1: Download the Puregold mobile app from Google Play or App Store.
STEP 2: Open Puregold mobile app and select “Buy Load.”
STEP 3: Enter your mobile number.
STEP 4: Choose either Regular, Mobile Data, or Commercial for Super Suki SIM.
STEP 5: Enter the load amount or choose from the available load amount options and click “Next.”
STEP 6: Select your preferred payment method.
STEP 7: Click “Pay Now.”
Call Cards
To reload using call cards, just go to any Globe Business Center or load retail outlet nationwide to avail of Globe Prepaid call cards of your preferred variant: ₱100, ₱300, ₱500.
How to load:
STEP 1: Lightly scratch off the gray panel to get the call card and PIN numbers.
STEP 2: Dial 223 and press SEND.
STEP 3: Enter the card number and press #.
STEP 4: Enter PIN and press #.
STEP 5: A voice prompt will then confirm that the reload attempt is successful.
Globe Prepaid call cards are available in major malls and telco outlets nationwide. These cards can be kept for future reloading use until the card's expiry.
E-PINs
E-PINs are similar to call and text cards but are given via secured paper slips or text messages. Each E-PIN has a card number and a PIN which you can use to reload.
Where to get prepaid load via E-PINs:
- Text-A-PIN at RCPI outlets
- Paper Slip E-PINs at 7-Eleven, Eunilaine Supermarkets, and RCPI outlets
How to load via E-PINs:
