How to Join
Requirements
- Globe AT HOME customers can enroll directly with our partner banks: HSBC, RCBC, and Security Bank.
- Globe AT HOME account should be active in status upon enrollment in the Auto Pay Program.
- Enrollment to the Auto Pay Program will be processed within five to seven business days. The charging will take effect on the next bill period.
- Any unpaid balance from the time of enrollment must still be settled via our other payment channels.
