Sa GFiber Prepaid Page, iIlagay ang complete address para ma-check kung serviceable ang area mo.

Register Your Account via the GlobeOne App

Tap “Add an Account” to register your GFiber Prepaid account.
Select “GFiber Prepaid.”
Put the mobile number and PIN that you used for your GFiber Prepaid application.
Confirm your GFiber Prepaid account.

Note: You can only register your GFiber Prepaid account once your installation is complete and you've downloaded GlobeOne.

Buy Load via the GlobeOne App

Go to “Discover Promos” or “Buy Promos.”
Select your “GFiber Prepaid Account.”
Choose your preferred GFiber Prepaid promo.
Pay the required amount for your load via GCash.
Click the “Unli Data” card from your GFiber Prepaid profile to track your promo usage.

Troubleshoot via the GlobeOne App

Open your GFiber Prepaid Profile, go to “More” and click “Help.”
Select “GFiber Prepaid Concerns.”
Select “Troubleshoot my device” then choose the issue closest to your experience.

Paano i-register ang aking GFiber Prepaid account sa GlobeOne app?

Gumawa ng account sa GlobeOne app (skip this step if you already have a GlobeOne app account!). Ilagay ang iyong mobile number, verify via OTP, at i-set ang iyong 6-digit PIN.
Sa gawing ibaba at kanan ng GlobeOne app dashboard, i-tap ang “Profile” at piliin ang “Account Management”.
Sa “Account Management” page, i-tap ang “Add Account” at piliin ang “GFiber Prepaid”.
Ilagay ang mobile number na ni-register para sa iyong GFiber Prepaid account, at ang iyong PIN. Tandaan: Siguruhin na ang mobile number na registered para sa iyong GFiber Prepaid account ang iyong ilalagay.
