School Season Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The prizes are transferable, but not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
    
2. Winners shall be notified via registered email and phone call/SMS via their registered mobile number in the GlobeOne app, and their names will be posted on Globe’s Facebook Page.
    
3. A customer can only win once or one type of raffle prize.
    
4. During claiming of the prize, customers must present any valid government ID i.e., license, PRC that shows the name of the listed subscriber. If someone else will receive the item on behalf of the subscriber, this person must present an authorization letter and any valid government ID i.e., license, PRC.
    
5. A DTI representative will be invited to verify the system and during the raffle draw. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Google Meet which will be attended by Globe representative/s, agency representative/s, DTI representative/s.
    
6. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Globe Telecom Inc. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post, and delivery of prizes.
    
7. This promo is exclusively for customers who have both Globe mobile AND Globe broadband subscriptions.
    
8. For both prizes, an SMS will be sent to the winners to inform them, as well as to ask them to be on standby for a call from a Globe representative. The winner will receive the said SMS and call via the mobile number registered to their GlobeOne app. If there is no response from the said winner via phone call or SMS, Globe will send an email to the email address provided. The same correspondence will also be sent to the home address provided by the winner. If there is still no response from the winner after 60 days of receipt of the correspondence, Globe has the right to choose another winner for the prize. To verify the winner’s identity, he/she must send via email a valid government ID that shows the name of the listed subscriber. Once identification is verified, he/she will be connected to the contracted agency of Globe to process the distribution of prizes.
    
9. For prizes worth more than ₱10,000, the 20% Prize Tax and delivery fee will be paid by Globe Telecom Inc.
    
10. All employees of Globe Telecom Inc., their partners and affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
