G Day BINI Fan Meet Raffle Promo Mechanics and Terms and Conditions

Full Mechanics

• This promo is intended only for subscribers who have both a Globe mobile and a Globe broadband subscription. Participants can get a chance to win two (2) tickets to the BINI Fan Meet on September 13, 2025, at the Samsung Performing Arts Theatre. A total of five (5) winners will be drawn for this raffle promo.
   
• Participants must accomplish the following in the GlobeOne app within the promo period. 
   
  • Register in the GlobeOne App. 
    • Both their mobile and broadband accounts should be registered in their GlobeOne app account.
       
  • Make any add-on or top-up of at least ₱50.
    • Only mobile and broadband transactions are eligible for the promo

    • Promo entry allocations will depend on the number of eligible transactions made. Here’s the transactions and raffle entry guide:
       

      ₱50 - ₱99	One (1) Raffle Entry
      ₱100 - ₱399	Three (3) Raffle Entries
      ₱400 - ₱599	Five (5) Raffle Entries
      ₱600 - ₱999	Seven (7) Raffle Entries
      ₱1000 and up	10 Raffle Entries

    • Mobile and Broadband transactions will be counted individually. 
      Example:
       
      1. A subscriber tops up ₱500 for mobile and ₱1500 for broadband. The subscriber will then get a total of 15 raffle entries (five (5) from mobile top-up, and 10 from broadband top-up). 
          
      2. A combination of top-up and/or add-ons for the same product (mobile + mobile or broadband + broadband) will NOT be allowed and will only be considered as one (1) transaction.
          
         • Only one (1) transaction each for mobile and broadband for each subscriber will be accepted as a promo entry. Globe will consider the 1st mobile and 1st broadband transaction made during the promo period as the official entry of the subscriber.
            
  • After the transaction, the participant has to redeem the special Globe Rewards “G Day BINI Fan Meet Raffle Promo” to officially register for the raffle promo. Here’s how to find it: 
     
    1. In your GlobeOne app, under your Reward Points, look for the banner showing the G Day BINI Fan Meet Raffle Promo. Click the banner.
        
    2. You will be directed to a raffle registration form where you will need to provide your full name, email address, and mobile number. Once filled out, you may click on “redeem.”
        
  • You will receive an SMS confirming your registration for the promo.
     
• Participants will only get official raffle entries if they are able to complete all the steps of the promo mechanics. See the checklist below.
   
  1. Globe customers are able to register both mobile and broadband accounts in the GlobeOne app.
      
  2. Eligible Globe Customers made a valid transaction.
      
  3. Eligible Globe Customers redeemed the special Globe Rewards entitled “G Day BINI Fan Meet Raffle Promo.”

The deadline to earn raffle entries is September 5, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. The raffle draw will take place on September 9, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Raffle draws will be done via Google Meet in the presence of a DTI representative.

Terms and Conditions

1. The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items or services. 
    
2. Winners shall be notified via registered email, phone call, or text via their registered mobile number in the GlobeOne app, and their names will be posted on Globe’s Facebook Page.
    
3. A customer can only win once or one type of raffle prize.
    
4. During claiming of the prize, customers must present any valid government ID i.e., license, PRC, that shows the name of the listed subscriber. If someone else will receive the item on behalf of the subscriber, this person must present an authorization letter and any valid government ID i.e. license, PRC.
    
5. A DTI representative will be invited to verify the system during the raffle draw. The Raffle Draw will be done digitally, over Google Meet, which will be attended by Globe representative/s, agency representative/s, and DTI representative/s. 
    
6. Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Globe Telecom Inc. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post, and delivery of prizes.
    
7. This promo is exclusively for customers who have both Globe mobile and Globe broadband subscriptions.
    
8. For both prizes, an SMS will be sent to the winners to inform them, as well as to ask them to be on standby for a call from a Globe representative. The winner will receive the said SMS and call via the mobile number registered to their GlobeOne app. If there is no response from the said winner via phone call or SMS, Globe will send an email to the email address provided. The same correspondence will also be sent to the home address provided by the winner. If there is still no response from the winner after 60 days of receipt of the correspondence, Globe has the right to choose another winner for the prize. To verify the winner’s identity, he/she must send via email a valid government ID that shows the name of the listed subscriber. Once identification is verified, he/she will be connected to the contracted agency of Globe to process the distribution of prizes. 
    
9. For prizes worth more than ₱10,000, the 20% prize tax and delivery fee will be paid by Globe Telecom Inc.
    
10. All employees of Globe Telecom Inc., their partners and affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
