This service will allow Globe myBusiness customers  to run Facebook ads for their business in 3 easy steps and charge it to their postpaid bill.

What Can Facebook Ads do for my business?

Facebook Advertising can drive awareness for your business to the target audience. This can happen by relevant users liking your page or sharing within their network or filling up a lead form with whom you can directly follow up.

How can I be eligible to avail the service?

  • You must have an existing Globe myBusiness Postpaid plan to avail of Facebook ad
  • You must have a sufficient credit limit in order to purchase credits for Facebook Ads
  • You must not have an outstanding balance as to not be tagged as Temporarily Disconnected
  • Your business must have a page on Facebook

I have an existing Globe mobile personal account, can I avail of FB Ads?

This service is only available to Globe myBusiness mobile postpaid subscribers. You can chat with us at to get an account.

How will I avail of the service?

Step 1: Log in to and select Get Started

Step 2: You will be led to where you will be asked to enter your SG mobile postpaid number to login

Step 3: Once confirmed, you will be sent an OTP to your mobile number

Step 4: You will be asked to link the Facebook page of your business

Step 5: You will be asked to input your business information

Step 6: You will then choose to select what type of ad you would like to run

Step 7: You will then select how much you will purchase for your ads

Step 8: You will now build your ad/s using images you would like to use

Step 9: Confirm the ad and go live

How much will the service cost?

Customers have the option to purchase 1,000 and 500 worth of Facebook ads with an additional 15% management fee and exclusive of 12% VAT.

What is the 15% management fee for?

The fee is for the management of the ads you will create as well as the payment using your Globe postpaid mobile # on this platform.

How do I pay for the ads I run?

The fee for Facebook Ads will be charged to your Globe Postpaid bill.

When will I be charged for when I purchase?

Successful transactions will be charged to your next bill cut-off.

Can I purchase Facebook Ads offline or through Globe stores or through Globe Account Managers?

Currently, you can only purchase Facebook Ads using your Globe myBusiness  postpaid plan online.

Can I pay for credits using my credit card?

For this service, you can only pay using your Globe myBusiness  postpaid plan.

What’s the maximum credit I can avail?

Max of Php10,000, depending on your current spend limit.

Can I request for an increase of Credit Limit?

You can request an increase of credit limit via their Account Manager or you may chat with us via the  Globe myBusiness website at to request an increase in credit limit. Note that you may be required to submit pertinent documents.

Can I use two different numbers as a fund source for my Facebook Ads?

ie I log in two separate laptops with two different numbers but use only one Facebook Business PageYes, you can use the same Facebook business page. In the above case two different accounts will be created.

Is there a monthly commitment for this service?

There is no monthly commitment for this, you only pay for what you will use.

Can I use the platform on my mobile device?

Currently, this service is only available on web(laptop or desktop).

What is the difference between Facebook Ads and boosting my post?

While boosting a post is still considered an ad, Facebook ads are created through Ads Manager and offer more advanced customization solutions. There are many advertising objectives to help you reach your specific business goals and the audiences you care about most.

Where a boosted post may initially optimize for Page likes, comments, and shares or overall brand awareness, Facebook ads can optimize for app installs, website conversions, video views, shop orders and more.

Is it possible that my ads will stop running before the maximum date?

Yes, this will be based on how Facebook will maximize your ad spend.

What is the OTP for?

OTP is used to validate that you are the one currently using the mobile phone.

What if I don’t receive OTP?

You can choose the other options by clicking “I did not get OTP”

Why do I need to link my Facebook Business page account?

We will use your business page to launch Ads to targeted audience and drive relevant engagement for your business.

Do I have to login every time?

No, once you log in you will not be logged out within 30 days unless there is any suspicious activity detected on your account.

Will the information I provide be secured?

Your data is 100% secure and will never be shared with any third party outside of what you’ve approved. The system uses AWS cloud storage system for data  which is hipaa (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliant.

How long does it take for my campaigns to get launched and drive user engagement?

Once you finish all the steps during onboarding, you can expect the campaigns to get launched within 24 hours, unless they are disapproved by Facebook. You should start seeing engagements on your Facebook Page within 2 - 3 days of campaigns going live.

Can I make changes to the ad before it goes live?

Changes can be made in the ad using the levers on the platform. For example the Ad template and the creative can be changed at any time.

Can I see the users targeted by my Facebook ads?

You will not be able to see the specific audiences targeted by your ads.

How can I see what my ad will look like?

You can preview how your ads will look like based on creative assets & business information you provided. You can also visit the dashboard to edit the ad by providing different images or business information.

Can I run multiple ads at the same time?

You can do multiple creatives but share one budget. How budget is split is up to Facebook optimization.

What should I do if I cannot login even if my credentials are correct?

Can I edit the content of my ads mid way through the campaign?

Yes you can. It would reflect within 8 hours.

What type of files can I upload for my ads?

Allow file types - jpg and png

File limit - 10 mb. 

How long does it take for the dashboard to update history from Facebook account?

System syncs data from Facebook and aggregates it on a daily basis. This ensures you have campaign performance data available on your dashboard within 24 hours after campaign has been launched.

Will my dashboard be updated in real time?

Your dashboard's data will be updated every end of day

What will this look like in my bill?

Globe myBusiness Facebook Ads will appear under Subscriptions and Downloads in your bill.
