- To qualify for the promo, customers must avail and activate any of the following Roaming promo families through the GlobeOne app between October 15, 2025, and December 31, 2025. Activation means the user must have traveled abroad and used the roaming service within the same period:

- To join the promo, the customer has to complete the promo registration form from October 15 to December 31, 2025.
- The customer can have multiple entries as long as they have availed and activated multiple Roaming promos within the promo period.
- Registrations submitted through the promo registration form will be verified by Globe for the authenticity of Roaming promo availment and activation.
- One (1) winner will receive a round-trip ticket to Japan for two (2), valid for travel within January to December 2026, along with a free GoRoam Japan Roaming Plan.
- The winner of the major raffle prize will be contacted by a Globe representative after the raffle draw with details on how to claim the prize.
- The prize must be claimed within one (1) year from the date of the winner announcement.
- The prize cost per person is inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Any visa application required for the winners’ airline booking will be ℅ winners themselves. Globe will not be held accountable for the result of the visa application.

The winners will be notified via the following channels:
- Globe social media pages via promo winners artcards
- Globe will be reaching out to the winners via mobile, social, and registered mail based on the contact details provided in the raffle/survey form
- Users must have availed and activated any of the eligible Roaming products during the period of October 15 to December 31, 2025. An activated roaming subscription means having gone to abroad from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025, to use the promo.
- Raffle participants may only win once during the event raffle draw. If the winner is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the higher value.
- Any visa application required for the winners’ airline booking will be ℅ winners themselves. Globe will not be held accountable for the result of the visa application.
- Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.
- Raffle draw and determination of winners are supervised by a company representative and a DTI representative WITHIN 16 DAYS from the deadline and submission of entries.
- Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of a registered notice, or it will be forfeited in favor of Globe with prior approval of DTI.
- Globe reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries
- Customers hereby allow the use of their name and mobile number provided to Globe Telecom Inc. to be used only for the purposes of verification of identity, winners’ names via social media announcement post, and delivery of prizes.
- An SMS will be sent to the winners to inform them that they have won, and that an official representative from Globe will be getting in touch with them to coordinate the distribution of their prize. The winner will receive the said SMS via the mobile number they provided in their raffle entry.
- All employees of Globe Telecom Inc., their partners and affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promo.
