By using the QRite Queuing Management System Platform (the “Platform”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”):

1. Purpose of the Platform

   The Platform is designed to improve your experience by organizing your queueing process and securely collecting your information.

2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

   When you provide your name and mobile number, the Platform will use this information to manage your queue to provide customer support. If you leave the queue before your transaction is completed, we may contact you via phone call, SMS, or email to assist with completing your transaction.

3. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall Globe be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

4. Modifications

   Globe has the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made will mean that you accept the updated Terms.
