It has positioned itself as an industry frontrunner in less than a decade, playing a pivotal role in shaping its future.

 

Asticom's diversification strategy is reflected in its expansion into digital shared services and outsourcing, demonstrated by the launch of subsidiaries in Tech-BPO with Asti Business Services Inc. in 2021, engineering through Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. in the same year, and workforce solutions via Acquiro Solutions and Tech, Inc. in 2023. The attainment of ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 certifications emphasizes its dedication to maintaining excellence in data security and IT service management.

In 2021, Asticom expanded its portfolio by acquiring a firm from Ayala Corporation, stepping into the realms of Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and digital business solutions. This move illustrates Asticom's commitment to broadening and enhancing its service range, leading to impressive revenue gains surpassing ₱3 billion each year and signaling Globe's transition from a telecom to a tech company.

 

With a workforce of over 4,000 employees, Asticom has also played a significant role in bolstering the community and supporting initiatives such as the Ayala Foundation's Project Alalay and the Globe Group's Hapag Movement, contributing to social growth through extensive job creation.
