Organized by the Cebu IT-BPM Organization (CIB.O), the conference was the largest signature event in the industry. It brought together thought leaders and experts in digital transformation, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Global Shared Services, and other crucial and sought-after topics that require discussion in today’s modern society.
Post-pandemic, the industry has been going through accelerated digital transformation, revving up growth, inclusivity, and progress.
