- Your SIM must be active.
- Your postpaid bill is fully paid.
- There should be no porting activity in the last 60 days or any record of fraud.
For external porting (moving from another provider to Globe), the rules are a bit more detailed.
- Your SIM must be active, free of financial obligations and fraudulent activities, and not tied to bundled services, locked devices, or pending ownership transfers.
