1. Museo Pambata

Museo Pambata makes learning about Philippine culture, environment, and science fun. The Kalikasan (environment) room showcases the country's unique ecosystems through interactive displays. The Karagatan (ocean) exhibit lets kids learn about the fascinating creatures that call it home. 

 

Your children can also create melodies in the Himig (music) room or try their hand at weaving in Habi (weave). Let them explore the sights and sounds of Parian (market), step back in time at Pamayanan (community), and build their own miniature Kanlungan (shelter). While the Museo El Deposito itself is above ground, it offers a fascinating glimpse into the El Deposito, a historic underground reservoir built between 1878 and 1882. View exhibits on the Carriedo Waterworks and venture into a portion of the underground reservoir.

 

The museum’s three galleries showcase life before the waterworks, the design and building of the waterworks, and the history of the Pinaglabanan Shrine, a national monument commemorating the 1896 Battle of San Juan del Monte.
