Who can avail of the offer?

Select customers who pass final serviceability and credit checks are eligible for this offer. We will contact all eligible customers via text and call.

Will my lock up refresh?

Your lock up will not refresh and will just continue from your old plan.

What will happen to my landline / wireless landline when I avail of the free upgrade?

If you already have a wired landline, you will retain your current landline.


Customers on Globe At Home LTE plans with a wireless landline will be given a new wired landline with free unlimited calls to Globe and TM for 24 months.

Will there be a termination fee if I choose to upgrade?

This initiative is completely free and will come at no cost to you. There will be no pre-termination fee, or any other fees when you proceed with this upgrade.

I did not avail of this free upgrade. Why am I getting a text and call of an upcoming visit?

To ensure our Globe At Home customers have a stable and reliable internet connection, we proactively contact eligible customers in case they are available for a visit for us to upgrade their modem for free. If you are unavailable on this day, just let the Broadband Solutions Specialist calling you know when they can visit you.
