Our authorized broadband solutions specialists will contact you via text and/or phone call before they visit your home. They’ll contact you using a Globe number.
They’re dressed for the job.
Our authorized broadband solutions specialist will be wearing their Globe uniform and accredited ID. To ensure the safety of their visits, they will also wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
You can verify them with a QR scan.
If asked, our authorized broadband solutions specialists will present a QR code that you can scan using any QR-scanning app to verify their identity and accreditation with Globe.
