- The G Raffle Rush 2026 Promo is open to Globe customers aged 18 years old and above, registered under the Globe Rewards Program and residing in the Philippines. Eligible customers include Globe Prepaid, Globe Prepaid Globe Rewards+, Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, Home Prepaid WiFi, Globe at Home Postpaid, TM, Globe Fiber Prepaid, and Globe Circle.
- Globe employees, consultants, agents, and their relatives up to the 3rd degree are disqualified.
- Customers can earn raffle entries by redeeming G Raffle Rush through the GlobeOne App. Each successful redemption message from 4438 serves as a valid raffle entry.
- The promo runs from August 17, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to October 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Entries earned after the promo period will not qualify. There will be seven raffle draws on September 10, September 17, September 24, October 8, October 15, October 29, and November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. with a DTI representative during the draw.
- Customers may earn unlimited entries, subject to the GlobeOne App transaction limits of customers. Registration is required once per Globe account to qualify for the raffle pool.
- One customer can win only once. Once a customer wins, all remaining entries are forfeited, and the customer's account/mobile number is removed from the raffle pool.
- All winners are subject to verification, and only account holders may win. Winners will be contacted by Globe's third-party agency and announced through official Globe channels within 7 working days after each draw.
- Prizes are strictly non-transferable and not convertible to cash or any equivalent. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Physical prizes will be delivered within 60 days from winner verification.
- Prize-specific conditions apply. Winners may be required to provide valid IDs and contact details. Upon verification, winners' names will be published at Globe Telecom’s official social media pages, website, and/or other channels.
- Winners agree to undergo an interview or video coverage to document the awarding of their prize and/or G Raffle Rush experience.
- Any costs exceeding the stated voucher/prize value, as well as applicable post-turnover or prize-related expenses specified in these Terms and Conditions, will be shouldered by the winner.
- Fraud, abuse, manipulation, bots, fake or multiple accounts, unauthorized access, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or other attempts to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. Globe may disqualify participants, forfeit prizes or rewards, restrict participation, and/or pursue legal remedies where applicable.
- For prizes worth more than ₱10,000, the 20% Prize Tax will be paid by Globe Telecom Inc.
- By joining the promo, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and Globe's applicable validation and eligibility processes. Customers agree to the use of their name and mobile number for identity verification, winner announcements, and prize seeding.
- Globe will NEVER ask for your password, OTP, MPIN, or SIM as part of claiming a prize.

- As a loyal Globe or TM customer, how many times can I claim my GDay Gift or FunRegalo?
Eligible customers can only claim their GDay Gift or FunRegalo ONCE, regardless of the channel (GlobeOne app or Text.)
- How will I know if I successfully claimed my GDay Gift or FunRegalo?
Eligible customers will get a 4438 text letting them know that their GDay Gift or FunRegalo has been successfully redeemed.
- What will I do if I haven’t received a 4438 message upon claiming via the GlobeOne app or Text?
Please wait within 24 hours for the confirmation message.
- I have multiple accounts. Will I have a GDay Gift or FunRegalo per account/mobile number?
Yes. For customers with multiple accounts or mobile numbers, they’ll get a GDay Gift or FunRegalo for each, provided that each account or mobile number is eligible to receive one.
- Can I still claim via Text when I already claimed via GlobeOne app or vice-versa?
Unfortunately, when a GDay Gift or FunRegalo is already claimed, whether via GlobeOne or via text, the redemption is already completed. Gifts can only be claimed ONCE regardless of channel.
- Can I share the keyword with other people and ask them to redeem using their account on my behalf
Only the eligible customers’ account/mobile number that received a Text Invite is eligible to claim. Using other people’s number or account is NOT allowed, especially if they’re not eligible. If the other person is eligible, they’ll only be eligible to claim their GDay Gift and not those of others.
- I'm a Globe Postpaid, Platinum, or Globe Broadband customer and I got FREE Rewards points as my GDay Gift. Until when are these points valid?
All FREE Rewards points, regardless of brand, are only valid for 30 days upon claiming.
- I don’t have the GlobeOne app. How can I claim my GDay Gift?
Eligible customers should follow these steps to claim their GDay Gift:- Download or open the GlobeOne app.
- Join Globe Rewards if not yet opted-in
- Claim the GDay Gift or FunRegalo reward found in the GDay section of the GlobeOne app.
- I requested a transfer of Ownership/ Mobile number porting. Am I qualified?
For transfer of ownership and mobile number porting requests, we’ll apply the following rules for the GDay Gift that will be given to you.
- For Change or Transfer of Ownership for Mobile and Broadband
- The account’s original contract period will be retained and will be given to the new owner. For example, the postpaid account with five years’ tenure (owned initially by Person A) has been transferred to Person B, then Person B is eligible to claim the 30 Globe Rewards points.
- For mobile number porting (Globe Prepaid to Globe Postpaid and vice-versa)
- The account’s new contract period and brand will follow. For example, if a customer has a five-year-tenured Globe Prepaid account and decides to switch to Globe Postpaid, then the customer is NOT eligible.
- The account’s new contract period and brand will follow. For example, if a customer has a five-year-tenured Globe Prepaid account and decides to switch to Globe Postpaid, then the customer is NOT eligible.
- For In-house regular Globe Employees, they won’t be getting a GDay Gift or FunRegalo.
- For Change of Number, the tenure of the previous number or account will follow.
- For SIM Replacement, the tenure of the previous number or account will follow.
- For Change or Transfer of Ownership for Mobile and Broadband
