Globe Circle Terms and Conditions


These Terms supplement the provisions of the Subscriber Agreement (“SA”) [www.globe.com.ph], the GlobeOne Terms and Conditions (“GlobeOne T&C”), and Terms and Conditions specific to the Globe Circle (“T&C”) (the SA, GlobeOne T&C, and this T&C shall be collectively referred to as “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Agreement, the provisions of these T&C shall prevail as to the subject matter herein contained. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not otherwise inconsistent with these T&C shall remain binding and effective.
 

Definition of Terms


Unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth herein:

  1. “Benefit Cycle” refers to the applicable validity or entitlement period assigned to a specific Globe Circle benefit, commencing on the customer’s Globe Circle opt-in date or such other date as determined by Globe.
  2. “Bonus Points” refers to promotional or campaign-based Globe Rewards points that may carry separate validity periods, redemption conditions, or expiry rules from regular rewards points.
  3. “Eligible Accounts” refers to active Globe mobile and broadband accounts qualified by Globe to participate in the Globe Circle and its related features.
  4. “Exclusive Globe Circle Rewards” refer to rewards, offers, benefits, experiences, or privileges that are exclusively accessible to eligible customers who are actively opted-in to the Globe Circle.
  5. “Interactive Voice Response (IVR)” refers to an automated phone system that interacts with callers through voice prompts and keypad selections to route or assist them with their concerns.
  6. “Linked Accounts” refer to eligible Globe mobile and broadband accounts validated and associated under the same Multi-product owner profile and GlobeOne account.
  7. “Multi-product Owner” refers to a Globe subscriber with multiproduct ownership who has at least one (1) active Mobile account and at least one (1) active Broadband account under the subscriber’s name. “Globe Circle” refers to the multiproduct ownership recognition program by Globe to provide more customer value to its subscribers who have active Mobile and Broadband plans.
  8. “Non-Multiproduct Owner” refers to existing Globe subscribers who either: (a) have one (1) or more lines under their name within a single product category only (e.g., mobile or broadband) and do not have a corresponding line in another product category; or (b) are existing Multi-Product Owners who have not opted in or have chosen to opt out of Globe Circle; or (c) are existing Multi-Product Owners customers but disqualified by Globe due to any violations in the Agreement.
  9. “Primary Account” refers to the designated GlobeOne account recognized by Globe as the main Multi-Product Owner membership account used for Globe Circle management, feature access, and membership administration.
  10. “Recipient Account” refers to the linked eligible Multi-Product Owner account designated to receive transferred rewards points through the Rewards Gifting feature.
  11. “Regular Points” refer to standard Globe Rewards points earned through eligible transactions, bill payments, reloads, subscriptions, or Globe-approved activities, subject to prevailing Globe Rewards policies.
  12. “Rewards Gifting” refers to the feature that allows eligible Globe Circle members to transfer Globe Rewards points across their linked accounts within the same profile, subject to applicable limits, eligibility rules, and Globe policies.
  13. “Sender Account” refers to the linked eligible Globe Circle account from which rewards points are transferred through the Rewards Gifting feature.


1. Eligibility


1.1 New and existing Globe subscribers may opt-in in Globe Circle if the customer meets the program's eligibility criteria. To be eligible, the customer must be the owner holding at least one (1) active Mobile account and at least one (1) active Broadband account under Globe. Both their mobile and broadband accounts should be enrolled on GlobeOne such as:

  • Mobile accounts:
    • Globe Postpaid
    • Globe Prepaid
    • TM
  • Home Internet / Broadband accounts:
    • Globe AT HOME Postpaid
    • Globe AT HOME GFiber Prepaid
    • Globe AT HOME 5G WiFi (101 and Loop)
    • Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi (4G)

1.2 The customer must be included in Globe’s validated customer list, or may initiate validation independently, subject to Globe’s revalidation. As part of Globe’s validation process, customer details are verified against existing records, including SIM Card Registration information. Customers validated by Globe are automatically eligible to be part of the program, while customer-initiated validations remain subject to Globe’s revalidation rules and procedures.
 

1.3 Opting into Globe Circle must be done via the GlobeOne App only. No additional documents shall be required, as all eligibility and account validations will be performed by Globe. 
 

1.4 For customer-initiated validation requests, which a customer may initiate via the GlobeOne app if their accounts are not on the initial validated list of Globe, the customer must acknowledge, provide information, and declare they are the legitimate account owner of the registered Mobile and Broadband accounts on record with Globe. 
 

1.5 Globe shall have the sole right to terminate, cancel or suspend the Globe Circle benefits and membership in the event the customer violates any terms and conditions in the Agreement. 
 

1.6 Change in Eligibility Status - In the event that a member no longer meets the minimum eligibility requirements of Globe Circle, including but not limited to maintaining only one (1) active eligible account, the member shall be reclassified as a “Non-Multiproduct Owner”. Such reclassification shall result in the termination of Globe Circle benefits, without affecting the customer’s continued access to the GlobeOne App and management of their remaining active account. 
 

2. Program Benefits, Changes, and Termination


2.1 Globe reserves the right to add, delete, stop, or modify any or all of the benefits, rewards, or offerings of the Globe Circle without prior notice or consent from the customer. 
 

2.2 Globe reserves the sole right to approve or deny the application for enrollment or terminate membership in the Globe Circle if the customer is found to be violating the Agreement. 
 

2.3 The Globe Circle benefits shall be intended for subscribers’ use only and shall not be in any way utilized for resale or for any commercial purposes. Further, Globe reserves the right to exercise all legal remedies in the event of any violation by the customer. 
 

3. Transfer Points with Globe Circle Rewards Catalog


3.1 Opted-in Globe Circle members (Primary Account users) may access the Rewards Gifting feature via the GlobeOne App to transfer rewards points to their other active and eligible linked accounts. Rewards Gifting transactions are subject to applicable transaction limits, transfer caps, and fraud monitoring controls as determined by Globe. 
 

3.1.1 Only accounts validated and linked under the same profile may send or receive rewards points through the Gifting feature. 
 

3.1.2 Bonus or promotional rewards points shall be prioritized for transfer before regular rewards points, where applicable. 
 

3.1.3 Upon successful transfer, rewards points shall follow the applicable rewards expiry policy of the recipient account or segment. 
 

3.1.4 Completed Rewards Gifting transactions are deemed final and irreversible once successfully processed. 
 

3.1.5 Globe reserves the right to suspend, investigate, reverse, or restrict transactions suspected of fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or gaming behavior. 
 

3.2 Access to the Gifting feature is available to customers whose GlobeOne primary account is Globe Circle opted-in. Secondary account users shall not have access to the Gifting feature. 
 

3.3 The Gifting feature may be accessed through the Globe Circle Page or the Globe Circle Rewards Catalog within the GlobeOne App.
 

3.4 Exclusive rewards and offers available through the Globe Circle Rewards Catalog are accessible only to opted-in Globe Circle members. Availability of rewards and offers may vary and shall be subject to inventory, campaign duration, eligibility requirements, and offer-specific terms and conditions. These offerings shall remain hidden and inaccessible to customers who have not opted into the program. 
 

3.5 Rewards Gifting transactions and exclusive Globe Circle rewards availability are subject to system availability, scheduled maintenance activities, and intermittent processing delays. 
 

4. Emergency Data


4.1 Eligible Globe Circle members shall be entitled to a complimentary Emergency Data mobile data benefit, the specific allocation, validity, and frequency of which shall be as published in the Globe Circle Page on the GlobeOne app or as otherwise communicated by Globe. The Emergency Data benefit parameters in effect at the time of redemption shall govern.
 

4.2 The Emergency Data benefit shall have the following properties:


4.2.1 Availability: The benefit is not campaign-based. It shall be accessible through the Globe Circle Page on GlobeOne app, subject to system availability and scheduled maintenance. 
 

4.2.2 Zero-charge: The customer shall be charged PHP 0.00 upon claiming the benefit. 
 

4.2.3 Shareable: The data is provisioned as a shareable data pool and may be shared with other mobile numbers linked to the member’s account, subject to the sharing rules in effect at the time of redemption. 
 

4.2.4 Redemption cap: The benefit is subject to a maximum number of redemptions per benefit cycle, as specified in the Globe Circle Page on GlobeOne app. Unused redemptions do not carry over or accumulate across benefit cycles. 
 

4.2.5 Benefit cycle: The benefit cycle shall commence on the Globe Circle opt-in date (or the date on which Emergency Data eligibility is granted) and shall renew at a set period based on the member’s latest claim date. The benefit cycle parameters are subject to change by Globe.
 

4.3 The Emergency Data benefit shall be seeded to the customer’s nominated primary Globe Circle mobile account.
 

4.4 Globe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Emergency Data benefit, in whole or in part, including but not limited to the data allocation, validity period, redemption frequency, eligible products, and delivery mechanism. Any such changes shall be communicated through the Globe Circle Page or other reasonable means. 
 

5. Dedicated Help Line


5.1 Access to the Dedicated Help Line shall be exclusively available to opted-in Globe Circle members, providing direct connection to a live Globe agent without the need to navigate complex Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menus. 
 

5.2 The Dedicated Help Line shall have the following features: 
 

5.2.1 Direct-to-agent access: Calls connect directly to the designated agent queue. IVR steps are minimized or bypassed entirely during live agent operating hours from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM daily. Calls received outside operating hours shall play an advisory message informing customers to call back during the next available operating window. 
 

5.2.2 Nationwide availability: The dedicated hotline number is provisioned and accessible nationwide. 
 

5.2.3 International access: A corresponding number shall be available for customers calling from overseas. 
 

5.2.4 Zero-rated access: Calls made to the Dedicated Help Line using eligible Globe mobile services shall be free of charge and shall not incur airtime charges. 
 

5.3 The Dedicated Help Line entry point shall be visible and accessible within the GlobeOne App (e.g., through the Globe Circle Page or the Support section for eligible customers), and may also be accessed directly through the device’s native dialer by manually dialing the dedicated hotline number. 
 

6. Opting Out and Re-Opting In


6.1 Customer-Initiated Opt-Out: Members may choose to leave Globe Circle at any time within the GlobeOne app. 
 

6.2. Globe-Initiated Opt-Out: Globe may initiate an opt-out once it determines that a Globe Circle account no longer meets the eligibility requirements of the program or violated any terms and conditions of the Agreement. 
 

6.3 Cooling-Off Period: Upon voluntary opt-out, the member will be subject to a cooling-off period of thirty (30) days, during which re-enrollment in Globe Circle will not be permitted, regardless of eligibility status. 
 

6.4 Re-Enrollment Eligibility: After the cooling-off period, a member may re-enroll in Globe Circle, provided that all applicable eligibility criteria at the time of re-enrollment are met. Re-enrollment shall be treated as a new membership cycle and any remaining benefits prior to the opt-out shall be forfeited. 
 

6.5 No Guarantee of Previous Status: Re-enrolled members shall not be entitled to reinstatement of their previous tier, status, or privileges. Tier assignment will be reset based on the member’s qualifications at the time of re-enrollment. 
 

6.6 Benefit Usage and Restrictions: Globe Circle benefits, including but not limited to welcome offers, one-time perks, and consumable rewards, are subject to usage limitations as determined by Globe. 
 

6.6.1 Upon successful opt-out, the customer shall immediately lose access to Rewards Gifting and Globe Circle-exclusive rewards and offers. 
 

6.6.2 Opting out of the Globe Circle shall not automatically terminate the customer’s Globe Rewards membership unless separately requested by the customer. 
 

6.6.3 Non-Reissuance of Previously Availed Benefits. Benefits that have already been availed by the member prior to opt-out shall not be reissued upon re-enrollment, unless otherwise specified by Globe. 
 

6.6.4 Benefit Reset Conditions (if applicable). Certain benefits may be subject to a reset period. Where applicable, such benefits may only be availed again after the lapse of the defined reset period, as determined by Globe. 
 

6.7 System Tracking and Enforcement: Globe reserves the right to track member activity, including availment of benefits and redemption history, and to enforce restrictions necessary to prevent abuse, duplication, or misuse of Globe Circle benefits. 
 

6.8 Right to Modify: Globe reserves the right to amend these terms, including cooling-off periods and benefit policies, at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. 
 

6.9 Impact of Eligibility-Based Removal: Removal from the Globe Circle due to failure to meet eligibility requirements shall not be considered a full opt-out from Globe services. The customer shall continue to access and manage their account(s) via GlobeOne, subject to standard terms and conditions. 
 

7. Continued Access for Non-Multiproduct Owners or Non-Globe Circle Customers


7.1 Platform Access Continuity: Customers classified as Non-Multiproduct Owners shall retain full access to the GlobeOne App for the purpose of managing their active Globe account, including but not limited to viewing account details, monitoring usage, making payments, and accessing standard Globe services. 
 

7.2 Program Benefit Discontinuation: Upon reclassification as a Non-Multiproduct Owner subscriber, the customer shall no longer have access to Globe Circle features, including but not limited to Transfer Points, Globe Circle Rewards Catalog, Emergency Data benefits, and Dedicated Help Line privileges, unless eligibility is re-established. 
 

7.3 Account Integrity and Data Retention: All linked account history, transactions, and records within GlobeOne shall remain intact and accessible to the customer, subject to applicable data retention policies and system limitations. 
 

7.4 Requalification: A Non-Multiproduct Globe subscriber may regain eligibility for the Globe Circle upon meeting the required criteria, including the addition and successful validation of at least one (1) eligible Mobile and one (1) eligible Broadband account and an explicit opting in to the program. 
 

8. Data Privacy


8.1 By joining Globe Circle, the customer expressly agrees and authorizes Globe to collect, access, validate, use, and process the personal data necessary to determine eligibility for the Globe Circle, verify account ownership, validate and link eligible Mobile and Broadband accounts, and establish and maintain the customer’s Globe Circle membership. Such validation may include verification against Globe’s existing customer records, including SIM Registration information and other records lawfully maintained by Globe. 
 

8.2 By participating in the Globe Circle, the customer further agrees and authorizes Globe to process personal data relating to the customer’s Globe Circle membership, linked accounts, rewards transactions, benefit availments, eligibility status, and program interactions for the purpose of administering, delivering, securing, monitoring, and managing Globe Circle features, benefits, rewards, and related services. 
 

8.3 Globe shall process personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission, and Globe’s Privacy Statement available at https://www.globe.com.ph/privacy-statement
 

8.4 Participation in the Globe Circle is voluntary. Customers may opt out of the Globe Circle at any time through the GlobeOne App in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions. Upon successful opt-out, Globe Circle-specific benefits, privileges, and features shall cease, subject to applicable program rules. Globe may continue to retain and process personal data as required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or in accordance with its records retention policies. 
 

Acceptance


By checking "I hereby agree and accept” or by signing this form or by proceeding with this recognition program, the customer confirms that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions, the Globe Subscriber Agreement and Globe’s Privacy Statement and expressly agrees that:

  1. The validation of eligibility, verification of account ownership, and linking of eligible accounts for enrollment in the Globe Circle, and
  2. The processing of personal data is necessary for the administration and delivery of Globe Circle features, benefits, rewards, and related services.

The customer further agrees to be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.
