What is changing for Globe Streamwatch Roku?
Starting January 1, 2022, the Globe Streamwatch Roku Powered platform will be discontinued and all Globe Streamwatch Roku devices and applications will no longer be in service.
Why will Globe Streamwatch Roku stop working starting January 1, 2022?
The discontinuation is part of Globe and Roku's mutual agreement to focus on new business models and strategies.
Customers can still stream apps and content through other alternative devices, like the Android TV Box, which can be purchased from the Globe At Home website or app.
I bought a Roku device from other shops. Will this also stop working?
The discontinuation is only applicable to Roku devices with the "Globe Streamwatch" brand.
The device would not turn on.
Check if the adapter is connected properly to a power source.
Check if the Globe Streamwatch is also properly connected to your TV using an HDMI cable.
The remote control is not working.
Make sure the batteries are good and they’re inserted correctly in the remote control.
Make sure no objects block the path between the remote control and the Globe Streamwatch device.
Make sure the distance between the remote control and the box is no more than 5 meters.
Make sure the remote control was paired to the Globe Streamwatch successfully.
The device can’t connect to the internet.
Make sure the Globe Streamwatch is placed in an area where there is sufficient WiFi signal.
Check if your internet connection is working on other devices.
Turn off the Globe Streamwatch, re-plug, and turn it back on.

There is no audio/video coming out from the device.
