The Flower Festival started in 1995 to help Baguio City heal after a massive earthquake in 1990. The procession starts at Panagbenga Park, South Drive, and moves through Upper Session Road to Melvin Jones Football Grounds. The Dance Parade starts with an assembly at 6 a.m. and kicks off at 8 a.m.
