Roaming with Globe helps make your travels abroad hassle-free and convenient. You’ll automatically get a roaming signal upon arrival—no need to change your SIM to stay connected and you can still receive your OTPs. Enjoy reliable service in over 150 destinations worldwide, plus a variety of affordable roaming promos. Choose the promo that best fits your travel needs via the GlobeOne or the GCash app.

You may try these troubleshooting tips:

2. Manually choose a roaming network via your phone's settings. 

3. Switch to 4G/LTE or 5G

Calls and texts roaming zonal rates will prevail if there are no available promos in your visited destination. For data roaming, we continuously work to expand our coverage. Please check https://www.globe.com.ph/international/roaming for updates.   

You can make regular calls and send texts as long as you have a roaming signal and enough load (for Prepaid customers). Alternatively, you can register for a data roaming promo via the GlobeOne or GCash app to use messaging apps like WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook Messenger.

You don’t need to maintain a balance to have a roaming signal, but you do need sufficient load to register for a roaming promo. You can view the full list of roaming promos in the GlobeOne app.
 

Platinum and Postpaid customers can conveniently charge the roaming offers to their postpaid bill. The only offers that can be charged to other payment methods such as GCash, credit card, and debit card, are the shareable Roam Surf4All offers. Prepaid and TM customers who book their roaming promos in advance can charge it to their own load. If you choose to skip advance booking, other payment methods such as GCash, credit card, and debit card are then made available.
