You can use your Globe Rewards points when you use them for digital vouchers in any of our 3,000 partners via their websites and mobile apps.

What's a Digital Voucher Code?

Digital Voucher Code is an alphanumeric code and can be used as store credits online or to claim items at merchant stores.

Who can avail of this offer?

All Globe and TM consumer accounts are eligible (Platinum, Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM, Home Prepaid WiFi and Globe At Home).

Can I redeem all these vouchers?

It'll depend on the type of mobile account you’re using.

How to redeem a voucher via the New GlobeOne app?

  1. Simply Download and Register to New GlobeOne app from Google Play or App Store to get started
  2. For new users, add your mobile number or account. If you've already added an account, choose the mobile number that you’ll use for redemption
  3. View your account details via the dashboard menu
  4. Check your account under Rewards points. If you have enough points to redeem, click the > button
  5. Under “What are you looking for?” tab,you may enter the promo offer or name of partner merchant or scroll down then tap View All rewards to view the list of available offers. All offers that you can redeem will be shown 
  6. Choose the offer you want. Make sure to read through the promo description then click Next.
  7. Once decided, click the Redeem button
  8. A successful page will be shown once done. Wait for the text confirmation from 4438 to know how to claim and enjoy your voucher offer. You may also check claimed voucher by going to your account details and click View Pocket

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

I have multiple mobile numbers registered in my New GlobeOne app. How do I know which number will receive the unique treats code when I claim through the app?

The mobile number you used to access your New GlobeOne app will receive both 4438 and 8080 messages.

For Globe At Home customers, no need to wait for the message from 4438, you may go to your account details from the dashboard menu and check View pocket.

Are there restrictions to the promo?

  • Each code may only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
  • Globe Rewards redemptions are limited to 5 transactions per day (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions)

Why can't I redeem?

  • Kindly ensure that you have good signal reception before transacting.
  • Your New GlobeOne app version is updated.
  • For Prepaid customers, if your SIM is new, you need to load any amount at least once, to be enrolled on the loyalty system. Kindly make sure that you typed the correct keyword and mobile number and you send the message to 4438.
  • The program is only for consumer accounts. Company-issued phone lines are not included, as business customers have a separate loyalty program.

Can I cancel my transaction?

All successful transactions cannot be canceled or make sure you indicate the correct amount of points to use before you proceed.

How come there are items I can't see on the New GlobeOne app?

The offer you want to redeem might be unavailable at the moment due to the high number of requests. We need to replenish the voucher codes with our partner merchants.

What if I accidentally deleted the message with the link to my voucher code?

Don't worry, you may text GOSHOP<space>STATUS and send it to 8080 to check the status of your voucher code.

Just take note of the following:

  • Reply messages may include voucher codes from other Globe partners.
  • If you text GOSHOP<space>STATUS you'll receive this  message:

  • For Giftaway powered vouchers, you need to open your browser type glbe.ph/<unique code> and enter the code from GOSHOP<space>STATUS
  1. After receiving a text message from 8080, you may open the web browser to type-in *glbe.ph/*[8-digitcode] and enter. To proceed, check "I'm not a robot".
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Giftaway page, wherein you may click the 'show code' button to copy and paste to the partner's website or app
  3. You may contact us through our digital channels like  Globe Facebook Messenger page (m.me/globeph) for any concerns on your digital voucher code.

Can I give someone else a digital voucher item using my points?

Yes! You can request this by dialing *143# then choose Rewards then select Gifting from the menu option.

What if during payment the app changed and when I refreshed the code became invalid?

You may email your request to [email protected] with the order ID, order date.
