What's a Digital Voucher Code?

Digital Voucher Code is an alphanumeric code and can be used as store credits online or to claim items at merchant stores.

Who can avail of this offer?

All Globe and TM consumer accounts are eligible (Platinum, Globe Postpaid, Globe Prepaid, TM). Home Prepaid WiFi customers can now avail LAZADA100 voucher.

Can I redeem all these vouchers?

It'll depend on the type of mobile account you’re using. You may visit each voucher offer via this link.

How can I claim these codes?

You may claim it via Globe Rewards app:

Step 1: Download the Globe Rewards app.

Step 2: Register (make sure all details are correct and accurate).

Step 3: Go to the Digital Catalog or Dining Section of the Globe Rewards app.

Step 4: Choose your desired digital voucher item.

Step 5: Click REDEEM. Make sure you have enough points to purchase the item.

Step 6: Click CONFIRM.

Step 7: You'll receive a message from 4438 and 8080 after a successful redemption.

Step 8: Go to the partner website or app and enter the code upon checkout or booking.

I have multiple mobile numbers registered in my Globe Rewards app. How do I know which number will receive the unique treats code when I claim through the app?

The mobile number you used to access your Globe Rewards app will receive both 4438 and 8080 messages.

Are there restrictions to the promo?

  • Each code may only be used once and is not exchangeable for cash credit, discounts, or other goods and services.
  • Globe Rewards redemptions are limited to 5 transactions per day (except for BUY or Points-as-Cash transactions)

Why can't I redeem?

  • Kindly ensure that you have good signal reception before transacting.
  • Globe Rewards Mobile app: Select from any of the exclusive offers in the Globe Rewards Dashboard. Press redeem and check your Message inbox for the confirmation message.
  • For Prepaid customers, if your SIM is new, you need to load any amount at least once, to be enrolled on the loyalty system. Kindly make sure that you typed the correct keyword and mobile number and you send the message to 4438.
  • The program is only for consumer accounts. Company-issued phone lines are not included, as business customers have a separate loyalty program.

What if I can't access the app?

Kindly check your app account settings. You must be enrolled in the Philippine account of the App Store or Google Play to download Globe Rewards.

Can I cancel my transaction?

All successful transactions cannot be canceled or make sure you indicate the correct amount of points to use before you proceed.

How come there are items I can't avail?

In case you're trying to avail of an offer that's not available to you, an error message will be received.

What if I accidentally deleted the message with the link to my voucher code?

Don't worry, you may text GOSHOP<space>STATUS and send it to 8080 to check the status of your voucher code.

Just take note of the following:

  • Reply messages may include voucher codes from other Globe partners.
  • If you text GOSHOP<space>STATUS you'll receive this  message:

  • For Giftaway powered vouchers, you need to open your browser type<unique code> and enter the code from GOSHOP<space>STATUS
  1. Customer may text GOSHOP STATUS and send it to 8080
  2. Customers may receive confirmation message from 8080 indicating the 8-digit code.
  3. After receiving a text message from 8080, customer may open the web browser to type-in **[8-digitcode] and enter. Customer redirects to the confirmation page. To proceed, customers may check "I'm not a robot".
  4. Customer will be redirected to the Giftaway page, wherein the customer may click the 'show code' button to copy and paste to the partner's website or app

What if during payment the app changed and when I refreshed the code became invalid?
