Globe Rewards+ Terms & Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the program. It is understood that upon submission of the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Globe Telecom, Inc. (“Globe”) may, at any time, reserve the right to modify, amend or revise this Agreement, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on its website or app. You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically and your continued access or use of the program shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and future amendments thereto.

“Globe Rewards+” is a loyalty program of Globe that grants rewards, discounts, and privileges to its customers in accordance with their value and membership (“Program”).

Customers can qualify for Globe Rewards+ premium membership if they have an accumulated ₱3,000 of load spent over the past 180 days. Upon joining the program, qualified customers will be asked to fulfill tasks to unlock their membership.

Except for the individuals who are tagged as Corporate and SME customers of Globe, each and every active customer of Globe Prepaid is qualified to become a member of the Program and is entitled to avail of the benefits and privileges under the program.

Membership in the Program is free of charge and is a privilege granted by Globe. Globe reserves the right to deny, suspend or terminate membership in the program for [i] unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the discounts and privileges under the program, [ii] unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the products and services covered by the program (“Products”), [iii] breach by a customer of his/her obligations in connection with the use or availment of the Products, at any given time without notice and without incurring any liability to the customers.

By availing of the program, the customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Globe reserves the right to modify or terminate the program or the customer’s membership to the program for any reason as solely determined by Globe without notice at any time and without any liability to the customers.


Upon reaching the ₱3,000 minimum load spend, mobile customers will receive a notification inviting them to join the program, subject to acceptance of its terms and conditions.

A customer will lose the Globe Rewards+ membership if he/she does not meet the ₱3,000 minimum spend requirement by the end of the membership expiry.

In cases of SIM replacement via the GLOBE stores, points earned may be carried over to the new SIM as long as the mobile number is retained.

Customers can perform the following transactions with Globe Rewards+:

  1. Tracking their previous spends
  2. Completing of missions
  3. Earning of badges
  4. Rewards points balance inquiry
  5. Availment of discounts/perks without the use of points
  6. Inquiry of redeemable rewards
  7. VIP Service


  1. Globe Rewards points may be used to redeem rewards anytime as long as the customer’s points meet the minimum requirement for the chosen reward.
  2. To redeem, go to GlobeOne App, select Globe Rewards+ and select a Globe Rewards+reward to redeem.
  3. Customers can choose to redeem or gift items featured in the official Globe Rewards+rewards catalog in the GlobeOne app.
  4. If the customer is currently registered to an unli call & text product or service, redeeming a call & text reward will generate an error message. However, If the customer is currently registered to a data product or service, redeeming a data reward will still be accepted by the system.
  5. Points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Rewards items and required points to redeem a reward may change without prior notice.


  1. Globe Rewards+ members are entitled to offers, discounts, freebies or other treats without the use of points.
  2. For a list of merchants offering discounts, freebies or other treats without the use of points, visit the GlobeOne app, click Globe Rewards+ and choose redeem rewards.
  3. To avail, customers must go to GlobeOne app and show to the merchant the confirmation message received after clicking REDEEM from the app.


All unredeemed points earned from January to December of the current year will expire on April 1 of the succeeding year. Thus, customers have until March 31 of each year to use his/her reward points earned during the immediately preceding year ending on December 31 for redemption purposes.

Example: January 2023 - December 2023 earned points → Expires April 1, 2024

Customers have January 2023 to March 31, 2024, to use all points earned from January to December 2023


By availing of the Program, the customer understands and agrees that Customer Data the customer will provide for the administration and implementation of the Program will be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and the Privacy Policy of GLOBE. This includes the sharing and/or disclosure of Customer Data relating to his/her accounts covered under the Program to: (i) third persons and entities to facilitate administration and implementation of the Program; or (ii) Globe’s subsidiaries and affiliates or such other related companies, whether organized in the Philippines or in other jurisdictions, to assist Globe in the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure, destruction of data, administration, sharing, implementation, and servicing of the accounts and Products contemplated under the Program; or (iii) such bodies/agencies having regulatory authority over GLOBE in accordance with the local practices and laws, rules and regulations in the Philippines, or (iv) such other persons or entities GLOBE may deem as having authority or right to such disclosure of information, as and when required by the circumstances, as in the case of resulting from the GLOBE’s outsourcing of its functions or the functions required under the Program. As such, customer expressly consents to allow GLOBE to process, store, update, access, share and/or disclose any Customer Data that may be required for the purposes and to the entities enumerated above relative to the Program and Products which are activated, enrolled in or availed of by the customer.

As part of the Program, members agree to receive mobile ads, push notifications, direct messages, reminders, SMS and/or email alerts on related content such as points earned and other promotions from Globe.


The customer hereby recognizes that in order to avail of the special offers which may or may not be limited to the G Music Festival, G Legends Cup, Just For You Catalog and G Chance The Raffle during the Globe Rewards 917, the Know Your Customer (KYC) Registration has to be completed and submitted.

The customer may also provide his/her consent during the KYC Registration in the GlobeOne app or portal page, for the use and collection of his/her data for the purpose of account creation and receiving of personalized communications, products and service offers and updates.
