At GLOBE, we recognize and respect your rights as a data subject. This GLOBE Data Subject Rights Portal empowers you to conveniently exercise these rights in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What to expect / Terms and Conditions:

• We will process your request within thirty (30) business days after verifying your identity or, if applicable, the authority of your authorized representative or organization to act on your behalf.
• If we need more time to process your request, we will notify you and explain the reason for the extension.
• Depending on the nature of your request, Globe may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of processing your request.
• If we are unable to grant your request, we will inform you of the reason for the limitation or denial.

To STOP receiving marketing advisories from GLOBE and/or GLOBE CARE, you can text OFF to 2686 for FREE. 

To STOP receiving marketing advisories from GLOBEREWARDS, you may opt out via the GlobeOne app under Account Settings > Settings and toggle the switch beside the Globe Rewards Membership and you will be required to input the OTP code to proceed.

Please take note that you may still receive transactional and service-related messages from the said sender IDs as we are mandated by applicable laws and telecommunication rules and regulations to do so.
