How to Register Your Globe SIM

For existing Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, Globe [email protected], and Globe Business Postpaid customers, your data and information are deemed included in our platform and we shall get in touch with you to confirm and complete your registration details to align it with the requirements of the law.

For Prepaid, Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi, and MyFi, simply follow the steps below.

PREPAID

GLOBE AT HOME PREPAID WIFI

MYFI

Access the SIM registration website.
Enter your 10-digit mobile number (ex. 9171234567) and click the “Register” button.
If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message on your mobile phone.
Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality
Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
Click "Submit" button to finish the registration process.
A reference number will appear on your screen to signify completion of registration. Please keep the reference number as proof of registration.

For New Customers

Purchase your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from Globe Sales channels.
Go to the SIM registration website with an active WiFi connection.
Set up your modem as per instruction manual.
1. Connect the power adapter to the modem.
2. Turn your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi device on.
Enter your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register”
If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox.
Access the modem inbox as per user instruction manual.
1. Connect to the network that matches SSID and password at the back of the device.
2. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/ on your browser to access the modem dashboard.
3. Click “log-in” on the upper right of the screen.
4. Log-in with the username and password found at the back of the modem.
5. Click “Device” on the left side to see the OTP message. Inbox should have enough space to receive the OTP message. Take note of your OTP.
Disconnect from your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi and reconnect to your working internet connection.
Go back to the portal page and enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.
Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.
Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice and Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy.
Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process.

For Existing Customers

Connect to your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi. Make sure you're subscribed to an internet promo.
Go to the SIM registration website.
Enter your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register”
If eligible to register, you will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox.
Access your modem inbox.
1. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/ on your browser to access the modem dashboard.
2. Click “Log-in” on the upper right of the screen.
3. Log-in with the username and password found at the back of the modem.
4. Click “Device” on the left side to see the OTP message. Inbox should have enough space to receive the OTP messages. Take note of your OTP.

Purchase a Globe Mobile WiFi from authorized sellers.
Set up the MyFi as per instruction manual.
Connect your mobile phone to your MyFi device.
Access the device inbox as per user instruction manual.
1. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.8.1/ on the browser to access the MyFi dashboard.
2. Log-in using the username and password found in the user manual.
3. Click “SMS” to view your messages.
In the device inbox, receive a welcome message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
Visit the link with an active internet connection to start registration.
Enter your MyFi number and click "Register" button.
You'll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you're connected to your MyFi device.
Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.
After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.
Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.

2. Click “Login” using the username and password found at the back of your MyFi device.
3. Click “Login” button
4. Click “Device” on the left side to view your messages.
5. Inbox should have enough space to receive the messages.
In the device inbox, receive a message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.
Visit the link to start registration.
Enter your MyFi number and click the "Register" button.
You'll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your device inbox. Make sure you're connected to your MyFi device.
Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.

FAQs

How long do SIM users have to register their SIMs?

All existing mobile phone and broadband subscribers are given until April 26, 2023 to register their SIMs with their respective telco. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) may extend the registration period for 120 days, though this has yet to be confirmed.

How do I register more than one SIM?

If you have multiple SIMs, you may register all of them but you're required to register each SIM under your name. Simply visit the Globe online registration portal and repeat the process for each of your SIMs.

What’s the SIM registration process for children below legal age and don’t have a government ID?

SIMs for minors must be registered under the name of the parent or legal guardian.

What happens if I fail to register my SIM before the deadline?

If you’re unable to register your SIM before the deadline, the SIM will be deactivated permanently. When your SIM is deactivated, you’ll no longer be able to use your text, call, data, and other mobile services.
