Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. (MRSGI) has partnered with Globe Business, the enterprise arm of Globe Telecom, for the use of the G Suite office collaboration tool to boost team productivity and further enhance digital transformation efforts.
MRSGI has been in operation for 36 years, starting as Gaisano Metro. It encompasses multiple store formats: Metro Department Store, Metro Supermarket, and Super Metro Hypermarket, and has grown into a company of over 9,000 employees with 54 stores serving the needs of over 250,000 shoppers a day.
With the partnership, MRSGI will be able to work better through the use of secure and reliable workplace tools for email, calendar, text, and video chat, document creation, project websites, and online storage and sync.
