In addition, the System provided the school community with an online platform that enables better collaboration and communication among school administrators, faculty, parents, and students.
Upgrading to the new system also automated paperwork, allowing school staff and teachers to easily collect and retrieve files. Managing school finances and tracking payables and receivables have also been made simpler under the system.
“Adopting Globe’s School Management System is more cost-efficient for the school because we don’t need to engage multiple suppliers to achieve all these things,” said Ybanez. He added that the system also paved the way for greater transparency among school administrators while maintaining confidentiality.
