During weekdays, the celebrated Chef Jessie Rockwell Club and its sophisticated patrons participate in an advocacy disguised as lunch.
This initiative is led by renowned chef and restaurateur Jessie Sincioco, who creates masterpieces composed not of a single menu, but of a sustainable system where culinary excellence and commitment to social change come together to benefit diners and disadvantaged communities.
Since 2023, Chef Jessie has participated and donated to Globe's Hapag Movement through her lunch sets, proving that consistent action creates extraordinary results.
As part of Globe Platinum’s expanded Gastronome Giving Series in partnership with Fine Dining Club Philippines, her Monday-to-Friday lunch program now runs until December 29, 2025, extending support for hunger alleviation, particularly to address child stunting.
Gastronome Giving is a program under ‘Globe of Good’, which envisions a sustainable future by creating positive social impact.
"We are deeply grateful to Chef Jessie for the years of partnership with The Hapag Movement. She provides exactly what the program needs, dedicated support that allows us to plan comprehensive interventions and create sustainable change,” said Yoly Crisanto, Chief Sustainability and Corporate Communications Officer at Globe.
The Hapag Movement is Globe’s technology-enabled fundraising program that aims to make a lasting difference in the lives of Filipino families facing involuntary hunger. This is done through feeding and nutrition education initiatives supported by partners such as the Ayala Foundation and the UN World Food Programme.
Turning Daily Meals into Acts of Charity
Crowned the first Filipina Pastry Chef in 1990, Chef Jessie has spent four decades shaping Philippine gastronomy, yet one of her most profound contributions is also the quietest.
Chef Jessie's Gastronome Giving lunch program operates on deceptively simple principles: four courses, PHP 1,500 exclusive of service charge, with 50% of proceeds flowing directly to the Hapag Movement.
Each lunch set changes daily, using only the freshest market ingredients. It begins with a salad, followed by soup, a main course, and dessert. The experience concludes with Chef Jessie’s signature coffee or a premium tea selection, offering a satisfying finish that invites return visits.
“Fine dining shouldn’t exist in isolation from community needs. When we have the privilege to create world-class experiences, we also have the responsibility to make sure those experiences contribute to the greater good,” she said.
Chef Jessie Restaurants have built their reputation through decades of delivering outstanding flavors with impeccable service. From intimate gatherings to large-scale events, the brand represents reliability and innovation, qualities that make the Hapag partnership particularly powerful.
Mark Pasaylo, Head of Globe Platinum, recognizes how such established excellence attracts conscious consumers: "Our Platinum members appreciate authentic quality and purposeful action. Chef Jessie's program offers legendary culinary standards with substance."
