Globe is enhancing its network across Nueva Ecija, bringing improved mobile services and wider 5G availability to more communities. The upgrades support growing demand for connectivity as residents and businesses increasingly rely on digital services for work, learning, commerce, entertainment, and everyday communication.

Globe has upgraded its network in San Isidro, Cabanatuan, Cabiao, Gapan City, Guimba, San Jose City, San Leonardo, Santa Rosa, Science City of Muñoz, Talavera, General Tinio, Laur, Llanera, Santo Domingo, Aliaga, Bongabon, Cuyapo, Gabaldon, General Mamerto Natividad, Jaen, Lupao, Palayan City, Pantabangan, Peñaranda, Rizal, San Antonio, and Zaragoza. These improvements provide better mobile experiences as more residents and businesses rely on digital services.

5G is a key part of Globe’s network expansion, with speeds that can reach up to 100 times faster than 4G. Its higher speeds and capacity support smoother streaming and video calls, gaming, large file transfers, and online activities for school, work, and business.

“As the digital needs of communities in Nueva Ecija continue to evolve, we are strengthening our network and expanding 5G to provide better connectivity for school, work, business, and everyday needs,” said Mel Baquiano, General Manager for North and Central Luzon. “We will continue investing in our network to serve the changing needs of customers and businesses across the province,” Baquiano added.

The network expansion comes as Nueva Ecija continues to grow as an economic center in Central Luzon. The province’s economy grew by 5.7% to ₱331.96 billion in 2024, the latest available data from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), with agriculture remaining a key part of the local economy alongside education, commerce, and tourism.

Better digital access also supports Nueva Ecija’s broader development, connecting communities to opportunities across education, agriculture, enterprise, tourism, and public services. “Better connectivity opens more opportunities for Novo Ecijanos, helping students learn, farmers and businesses reach wider markets, and communities access more services. Stronger digital infrastructure will help more people benefit from Nueva Ecija’s continued development,” said Cabanatuan City Mayor Myca Vergara.

Globe Prepaid customers can enjoy wider 5G availability with Go+99. Priced at ₱99 for seven days, it includes 8 GB for all sites, 4 GB of free 5G, another 8 GB for their choice of apps, unlimited texts to all networks, and a discount voucher.

TM customers can also experience the benefits of 5G through offers such as EasySURF 50 5G and ALLSURF 99 and up, which come with 5G data. They can also enjoy more value through TM FunRewards on GlobeOne, where eligible users can win instant prizes and other rewards, while Globe Rewards lets customers earn and redeem points for perks and partner offers.

The improvements in Nueva Ecija are part of Globe’s continuing network investments nationwide. In the first half of 2026, Globe deployed 878 new 5G sites and brought at least 80% 5G population coverage to 215 towns outside key cities.
