Sample computation for a GFiber Plan 1599 installed on September 7, with a billing cut-off on every 15th of the month.
Prorated charges: 1599 (plan) ÷ 30 days x 9 days (prorated days) = P479.70
You may be wondering why your first few bills differ from the Plan you availed for. This is because our Installation Fee of P1,200 is divided between your first twelve bills (at P100 per month).
Moreover, your first bill may include prorated charges, depending on the exact date your new Globe At Home connection was installed, and the time period your first bill covers. Please note any other relevant charges or add-ons (such as amortized devices and availed content) may be charged on top of your monthly service fee.
Month 13 onwards
*Additional charges will apply if you have add-on content and devices.

UPGRADED TO FIBER AND HAVE THE SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER? HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR NEXT BILL:
Your first bill will reflect charges from your old plan and your new GFiber plan.
GFiber Plan (NEW PLAN)
1. Your first bill may include prorated charges on top of your monthly fees.
Prorated charges are computed based on the number of days between your upgrade and your billing period. We have also given you on your New Plan a free unli G2G for 24 months.
Prorated charges = Monthly Plan ÷ 30 days X the number of days from your upgrade to your billing cut off.
Here’s a sample computation for a Monthly Plan 1699, upgraded on April 29, with a billing cut-off every 5th of the Month.
1699 ÷ 30 days x 7 days (prorated days) = ₱396.43
₱396.43 ÷ 1.12(12% VAT) = ₱353.96
2.1 You may notice that you’ll still receive prorated charges for your old plan in this bill. You may disregard this as this has already been moved to your new GFiber Plan.
2.2 If you upgraded from a wireless plan, some of you may still receive the full monthly charge for your wireless plan in this bill. You may disregard this as you have already been moved to your new GFiber plan.
To ensure uninterrupted service, you’ll only need to secure payment of the monthly fees under your New Plan, as well as any landline call charges made using your old plan.
3. Now that you're in Fiber, your old plan is now disconnected. Because of this, you may see termination fees being charged to your account. Please disregard these charges. We will adjust this in your next bill.
Device Amortization Charges
4.1 If you have any ongoing installments for device add-ons, you may continue paying your regular monthly installments.
4.2 Should your bill reflect the total remaining amortized charges instead of installments, please disregard the device fees for this bill. You can continue paying the regular monthly installments once we normalize this on your next bill.
