Your Globe AT HOME bill is designed to help you understand your charges clearly and efficiently. Here’s a guide to the terms and sections you’ll see:
BIR CAS Permit No
The Bureau of Internal Revenue-issued permit for Globe’s computerized accounting system.
Barcode No
A reference number used by couriers for their records.
Account Number
Your unique identifier for payment transactions. Keep this handy when making payments.
Billing Period
The date range covered by the charges in this bill.
Due Date
The last day to settle your bill. Pay on or before this date to maintain a good credit standing.
Monthly Recurring Fee
The fixed monthly amount for your plan, including any recurring add-ons or rebates.
Charges For This Month
A detailed breakdown of all the charges for the current billing period.
Monthly Plan
The specific plan you subscribed to, showing the fixed monthly amount.
Add
Additional charges for services or usage.
Less
Charges deducted from your bill, such as rebates or discounts.
Previous Bill Activity
A breakdown of charges, payments, and adjustments from your last billing cycle. This corresponds to "Previous Bill Charges" in your old bill.
Previous Bill Amount
The total charges from your previous bill, also known as "Amount Due from Previous Bill" in your old bill.
Remaining Balance (Due Immediately)
The unpaid portion of your previous bill, referred to as "Amount Due from Previous Bill" in your old bill.
Add-ons
Details of plan add-ons you subscribed to or received as part of your bundle. This section also shows the covered billing period.
Description
This section lists your plan subscription details. If your subscription spans more than one billing cycle, charges for each period will be shown separately.
Freebies
A list of free services or features included with your plan, along with the billing period they cover.
Subtotal
The total amount for your Monthly Recurring Fee and all charges for the covered billing cycle.
Discounts
Any discounts applied to your plan, such as device discounts or special add-on discounts.
Details of Other Charges
This includes administrative fees and other one-time charges for the billing period.
Device & Equipment/Installment
Information on devices or equipment you availed of, including installment terms and corresponding amounts.
Summary of Excess Usage
Details of additional charges for excess usage, such as NDD calls, IDD calls, or calls to non-Globe/TM numbers.
Note: If you have an Unli Calls to Globe/TM bundle, calls to other networks won’t appear here.
Subscription Summary
A summary of subscriptions, fees, and other charges applied to your account during the billing period.
Other Account Charges
An overview of any other charges added to your account.
Previous Bill Adjustments and Payments
A record of payments you’ve made and any billing adjustments applied to your account.
As a new Globe AT HOME customer, you might wonder how your first bill will look. The first page of your Globe AT HOME bill gives you a summary of key details to take note of. Check out the sample to help you understand the charges.

Pro-rated charges
Depending on the date of installation of your new plan, you may notice pro-rated, or per day charges on top of your monthly fees. This is computed based on the number of days between the installation date and bill cut-off date.
Pro-rated charges only apply to the 1st bill of a new plan.
You can find the amount payable for the month under charges for this month. If you have any unpaid balances from previous months, it will reflect under Remaining Balance (Due immediately)
Congratulations on your new move to Fiber!
As your account transitions during this period, your bill will show pro-rated charges for the new Fiber plan, and zeroed-out charges from your old plan. Your bill will also show a Monthly Recurring Fee (MRF) for the new plan.
You’ll also be given a new account number. Use this when paying your bill moving forward. Don’t forget to re-enroll your account number via the GlobeOne app.

If you’ve just upgraded or downgraded your plan, you may expect to see the following on your bill.
- Prorated credits for the days you did not use your old plan
- Prorated charges for your new plan
- Your new plan’s monthly fee, covering a full month of service
With a speed upgrade, your current speed will improve while having the same monthly fee. The prorated fee of your old plan and new plan will equal zero.
Any devices availed will reflect under Device & Equipment/Installment. A counter is also included to help you keep track of how many installments you have already made (ex. 1 of 24 means your first payment of 24 installments).
