Broadband Paperless Billing FAQs

Globe AT HOME Paperless Billing replaces your paper bill with an e-Bill sent directly to your email. Once enrolled, you’ll no longer receive printed bills, giving you a convenient and eco-friendly way to manage your account.

By switching to Paperless Billing, you help save trees and protect the environment. Plus, it’s convenient—view your bills anytime, anywhere without the need for paper copies.

For your safety, bills are sent via text and/or your registered email.

Your e-Bill will arrive in your email inbox within 5 days after your bill cut-off date.

Instead of an attachment, your e-Bill will include a VIEW MY BILL NOW button. Follow these steps to access your bill:

1. Click the VIEW MY BILL NOW button on your laptop.
2. A window will open, redirecting you to a landing page.
3. Enter the verification code sent to the SIM linked to the account within 10 minutes.
4. After verification, you’ll see your Amount to Pay and two options: Pay Now or View PDF.
5. Click View PDF to access your bill.

Your e-Bill is sent to your email within 5 days after your cut-off date. You can view and download your bill as a PDF by clicking the View PDF button in the e-Bill email.

This change was made to prioritize your security. Some customers experienced security issues with PDF bills sent via email. We recommend viewing your bill securely via the GlobeOne app, which requires login credentials specific to your account.

Here are a few common reasons:

• Your email inbox might be full.
• Your email address might need an update. Update it through the GlobeOne app.
• Our emails might be going to spam. Add [email protected] to your address book and disable auto-junk settings.
