FamSURF Member: A user added by the owner who can:

• View promo validity
• Leave the FamSURF group

Members receive SMS notifications at 80% usage and full exhaustion of their data limit.

Yes! However, FamSURF data will be consumed first before your other data promos.

• Your data will be combined, giving you more data and extended validity.
• Your group members and data limits will remain unchanged but can be adjusted via the New GlobeOne app.

No, FamSURF promos are exclusive to Globe AT HOME Prepaid WiFi and Globe MyFi. However, you can be added as a member and share data from a FamSURF owner.

You will be charged the regular browsing rate (P5 for 15 minutes or P2/MB) unless you register for another data promo.

A member's usage in FamSURF will stop, and they will receive an SMS notification. If they have other active promos, their usage will continue from the next available data source.

FamSURF is a shared data pool. If other members consume the data first, it may be depleted before you reach your limit.
