By joining the Globe At Home Viber Community, you’ll enjoy:

  • Guidance for Requests: Easily find the right Globe channels (e.g., Globe Community, Globe At Home app) for your needs.

  • Security and Privacy: Your contact info is kept private, and only admins can post, ensuring scam-free and relevant updates.

  • Safety Tips: Regular updates and advisories to keep your personal information secure.

Yes, you can chat with other community members, but your personal details like your mobile number will remain private. However, chatting directly with admins is not allowed.

If you’d like to step away temporarily, you can snooze the community for 30 days by following these steps:

 

  1. Open the Community you want to snooze.

  2. Tap the menu button at the top-right corner to access the Chat Info screen.

  3. Scroll down and select Snooze for 30 days.


While snoozed, the community will move to the bottom of your chat list, and you won’t receive any notifications.


If you’d like to leave permanently:

 

  1. Open the Community you want to leave.

  2. Go to the Chat Info screen by tapping the Community name or swiping left.

  3. Scroll down and tap Leave and Delete.


You can rejoin anytime by using the invite link or scanning the QR code again.
