Starting January 23, 2026, Disney+ will introduce updated pricing in the Philippines, with the “Mobile Plan” renamed as the Basic Plan and updated features.

Important Notes:

Disney+ vouchers are non-recurring—only one voucher can be activated per account at a time. Finish any existing subscription before using a new voucher.

The Basic and Premium Plans differ in features like audio and video quality and the number of simultaneous streams. Here’s a quick comparison:

** Downloaded content will remain on your device for a limited amount of time as long as you are an active Disney+ subscriber and your device is connected to the internet at least once every 30 days.

*** Audio and video quality depend on your internet speed, device capabilities, and content type. For Smart TVs, HDCP compliance is required for HD or 4K playback.

Yes, you can buy more than one voucher. However, keep the following in mind:

• Redeem one voucher per account at a time to avoid complications.
• Vouchers must be redeemed within 60 days of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, and refunds will not be provided.

No, Disney+ vouchers are non-stackable across plan types or durations. To avoid issues, redeem only one voucher at a time.

If you want to upgrade or change your plan, wait for your current subscription to expire before purchasing a new plan type.

Unfortunately, once your voucher has been issued, refunds are no longer possible—whether or not you choose to redeem it. If you’ve redeemed your voucher, your Disney+ subscription will remain active until the end of the subscription period and will not auto-renew.
