What is Disney+?

Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star. Available on compatible internet-connected devices, Disney+ offers programming with a variety of original feature-length films, live-action and animated series, short-form content and documentaries including our award-winning animated features such as Encanto, Disney+ Originals including She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Obi-Wan Kenobi and reality TV hit The Kardashians. And through Star, Disney+ offers the latest from 20th Century Studios, Disney Television Studios, FX and Searchlight Pictures, as well as an extensive library of Asian language content including BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LA, Big Mouth, and Snowdrop.

What are the Disney+ plans and promos available for Globe customers?

Disney+ subscription vouchers may be purchased through special packages from Globe.


New and existing Globe customers with an active Globe mobile number and/or Globe At Home subscription may choose to purchase Mobile access and Premium access as an optional additional add-on at the following prices: 


Mobile Plan

  • ₱149 for Mobile 30-day access
  • ₱1,099 for the Mobile 12-month access

Premium Plan

  • ₱349 for the Premium 30-day access
  • ₱2,799 for the Premium 12-month access 

New and existing Globe customers may also choose to use their Globe Rewards points to redeem Mobile 30-day and Premium 30-day access at the following rates:

  • 1x Mobile 30-day access – 127 points
  • 1x Premium 30-day access – 295 points


New Globe At Home customers with GFiber Unli Plans 2499 or higher, and customers who upgrade to GFiber Unli Plan 1699 or higher will be entitled to receive the Premium Annual version of Disney+ as part of their bundle at no additional charge.


Alternatively, the following customers are entitled to receive the 1-year Mobile access to Disney+ instead. This access will come with their bundle at no additional charge:

  • New Globe At Home customers on GFiber Unli Plans 1699 to 2099
  • New and recontracting Globe Postpaid customers on GPlan PLUS1299 and 1499 may choose the Disney+ Mobile or, for GPlan PLUS 1799 and up, Disney+ Mobile and one other content service


Note that subscription vouchers are non-recurring and only one (1) voucher can be activated per account at a single time. Please ensure that you finish any existing subscription to Disney+ before using a new subscription voucher.

What will happen if a user has an existing Disney+ subscription purchased via a third party bundled offer, promotion, or package and then redeems a coupon purchased from Globe?

Codes offered by Globe cannot be used in conjunction with any other third party offers, promotions, or packages.

Cool, I already paid for the voucher. How do I redeem it?

It's easy! Just copy the code you received, go to glbe.co/RedeemDisneyPlus to redeem the voucher, and activate your Disney+ subscription.

Will I be able to buy as many Disney+ promos as I want with my Globe account?

You may purchase more than one Disney+ voucher. However, we strongly encourage that you redeem one (1) Disney+ voucher PER account to avoid possible complications.


Please be informed that each voucher code must be redeemed within 60 days from date of purchase. Upon expiry of the 60-day redemption period, you will no longer be able to redeem the voucher and no refunds will be given.

Can I use more than one voucher on the same Disney+ account at the same time?

Disney+ vouchers are non-stackable against different plan types and durations. We strongly encourage you to redeem one (1) Disney+ voucher at a time to avoid possible complications with your account.


If you wish to upgrade or change your current plan type, we recommend that you wait for your existing subscription to end before purchasing your desired plan type.

I haven't received a voucher even though I received a notification that my purchase was successful. What do I do?

You may chat with us through the following channels for further assistance on vouchers:

  • Globe Telecom on Facebook for Globe Prepaid and Postpaid customers
  • Globe At Home on Facebook for Globe At Home customers

I'm having trouble opening/accessing Disney+. Who do I reach out to?

Please send an email to the Disney+ customer support team at [email protected] with details and screenshots of the issue you're facing.

I no longer want to continue my subscription with Disney+. Can I get a refund for my voucher?

Once you have received the voucher, you may no longer get a refund, whether or not you choose to redeem the voucher. If you have redeemed your voucher, your Disney+ subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period, and will not auto-renew.

How long is the validity of the vouchers? Until when can I claim them on Disney+?

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to activate your subscription voucher on Disney+.
