A customer who owns at least one active Globe Mobile line (Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM) and Globe AT HOME internet line (GFiber Postpaid and GFiber Prepaid) under their name can be part of Globe Circle.

Ensure that your mobile and internet accounts are registered in GlobeOne.
Step 1: In GlobeOne app's dashboard, under "What's New?", click on "Join for Free"
Step 2: Read the benefits then agree to the Terms & Conditions by clicking on the checkbox.
Step 3: At the bottom of the page, click "Join the Globe Circle".
Make sure you have opted in and are an existing Circle member.
Step 1: Launch the GlobeOne app.
Step 2: Tap the "Globe Circle" tab at the upper left corner of your Globe Circle verified account card.
Step 3: View and choose from the list of Globe Circle perks and benefits.
To qualify, you should own both an active Globe Mobile and Globe AT HOME account under your name.
It has no expiry. However, your membership will be automatically deactivated if you no longer meet the program's eligibility requirements. This may happen if your registered/eligible accounts are disconnected, transferred to another owner, or if your account portfolio no longer satisfies the minimum requirements for Globe Circle membership, such as when you are left with only one eligible mobile or home internet service.
Should you decide to opt out, you will lose access to Globe Circle perks, rewards, and exclusive member benefits available to active members. Note that once you leave, you will not be able to re-join for 30 days.
Globe Circle provides a seamless, family-centric experience, featuring a dedicated hotline, home internet backup support in case of downtimes, and exclusive rewards tailored for the household. Qualification is extended to customers with at least 1 mobile and 1 home internet account with Globe.

Yes! If you are a Platinum customer with a home internet line, you can enjoy the benefits of both programs.
Not yet. Globe Circle is available only to customers who have both an active Globe Mobile line and an active Globe AT HOME internet account. If you only have one of these services, you can add the other to become eligible.

To qualify for Globe Circle, both the active Globe Mobile line and Globe AT HOME internet account must be registered under the same person.
If the mobile/internet account is under another person, even if they are from the same household, this does not give eligibility to a Globe Circle membership.

Unsubscribing will deactivate your Globe Circle privileges. You will no longer have access to exclusive member offers.
Rest assured, your Rewards points are entirely secure. Unsubscribing of Globe Circle will not impact your current points balance or your ability to use them.
You are welcome to use your remaining rewards points balance to redeem any Globe Rewards offers from the regular Rewards catalog.
