Frequently Asked Questions on GlobeOne Account Creation

Creating a GlobeOne account is easy and can be done through the GlobeOne app. Here's how:

GlobeOne Registration Steps
 
  1. Open the App and Register: Launch the GlobeOne app and tap on "Create an Account".
  2. Choose your Login Number: Select the Globe mobile number you want to use for logging in to the app.
  3. Verify with One-Time PIN: You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS to the chosen mobile number. Enter this PIN in the app.
  4. Set Up Your PIN: Create a secure 6-digit PIN that you'll use to access the GlobeOne app in the future. Confirm your chosen PIN.
  5. Agree to Terms and Conditions: Review and accept the GlobeOne app's terms and conditions.

That's it! You've successfully created a GlobeOne account. Now you can use the app to manage your Globe account, view data usage, pay bills, and explore various Globe services.

You can add or remove accounts in the app by following these steps:

To add an account:

  • For Mobile Prepaid, Postpaid, Globe AT HOME Broadband, and GFiber Prepaid:

  • For Home Prepaid WiFi:

To delete an account:

  • Tap Profile, then go to Account Management.
  • Select the account you want to remove.
  • Swipe left to reveal the trash icon, then tap it to delete the account.

You can register up to 10 Globe accounts in one GlobeOne app profile. If you have previously linked more than 10 accounts before the latest update, they will remain, but you can no longer add new ones unless you remove an existing account.

There is no limit to the number of devices where you can log in to your GlobeOne account. However, simultaneous logins on multiple devices are restricted to prevent fraudulent activities.

If you see messages like “We’re sorry about that” or “Oops, something went wrong”, try these steps:

  1. Tap Go Back and try again.
  2. If the issue persists, exit the app and reopen it before trying again.

If you forget your 6-digit PIN, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. On the login page, tap Forgot PIN?
  2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address.
  3. A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to your number or email.
  4. Enter the OTP and set up a new 6-digit PIN.
  5. Log in using your new PIN and continue using the app.

Security Reminder: Never share your OTP with anyone. Globe will never ask for your OTP via call, text, or email.
