GlobeOne App Payment & Subscriptions

To buy load or promo, just follow these steps:

Here’s how you can buy load as a Retailer partner:

  1. Go to the Buy Load section from the main GlobeOne app dashboard.
  2. Tap “Retail” (make sure to select this option instead of “Personal”).
  3. If your account is not a retailer SIM, the app will notify you that the “Retailer” section is only for retailer accounts.
  4. Tap “Select a Retailer Account” to open the account selection and choose your retailer account.
  5. Select the load denomination and tap “Buy Load”.
  6. Choose a payment method: GCash, Credit Card/Debit Card, Pay via Bank Transfer, or E-Wallets (Shopee, Grab Pay).
  7. Follow the standard payment process based on the payment method selected.
  8. Once the transaction is successful, you will receive a confirmation page.
  9. Tap Done to complete the transaction.

For GCash payments, you will receive a text message confirming the deduction from your GCash account.

If your load hasn't been reflected in your account, try the following:

  1. Verify the load purchase:
    • Check if your GCash or Credit Card/Debit Card was charged.
    • Perform a load balance inquiry by dialing *143.
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection so the app can update with the correct information.
  3. Refresh the app by pulling the screen down to reload the page.
  4. Check for app updates:
    • Visit the Play Store, App Store, or AppGallery and update your app if needed.

If the issue persists, visit the Help Page at m.me/globeph and tap “Load, promos, and rewards concerns” for further assistance.

Yes! You can easily pay through the app with real-time payment posting. Follow the provided steps to complete your payment:

Absolutely! You can pay other bills through the app using various online payment methods, including GCash, Credit Card/Debit Card, Pay via Bank Transfer, and E-Wallets (Shopee, Grab Pay).

Here’s what you can check regarding your bill:

  • Current bill amount
  • Advance amount paid (if any)
  • Bill due date
  • Status notifications (overdue, due soon, paid, or disconnected)

For Mobile Postpaid Bills, you can view payment details (official receipts) and statements for up to the last 24 months. Globe At Home customers will soon have access to this feature as well.

Note:

  • Temporary disconnection status for Globe Postpaid (e.g., lost SIM or out of the country) or Globe AT HOME (e.g., transfer of location) will be included soon.
  • Once you’ve paid your bill in full, the current bill statement will no longer be available. However, for Postpaid Mobile, you can still view the official receipt and bill statement on the history page. For Globe At Home, you can view past bills via the old GlobeOne app until it’s decommissioned.
  • For any billing concerns, tap the “Ask for help” button on the history page under the bill statement/payment tab. You’ll be redirected to Globe Messenger for assistance.
  • For other bills, you can also make cashless transactions easily. Tap the Essentials icon on the dashboard, then select the Pay Other Billers icon. The app will show all available non-Globe billers for payment.

If you need assistance, tap the HELP icon, and we’ll help you via Facebook Messenger.

You can now view current and previous months for up to 24 months. Just follow these steps:

  1. On the Home page, tap your Postpaid Account.
  2. Tap “My Transactions”.
  3. You’ll be able to see your historical Bill Statements. You can filter the Bill Statements by the last 3, 6, 12, or 24 months.

Here’s how you can request or download a copy of your OR:

  1. On the Home page, tap your Postpaid Account.

  2. Tap “My Transactions”.

  3. You’ll be able to see your historical Bill Payments. You can filter them by the last 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. Select the bill you want to view and download.

  4. Tap “View OR”.

  5. Tap “Download OR” to save it to your phone.

You can download a copy of the OR if the payment was made within the last 24 hours.

For requests beyond 24 months, use the GlobeOne app, tap the HELP icon, or send a request to m.me/globeph.

Note:

  • Your first download of your OR serves as your original receipt.

  • For succeeding monthly billing statements, the ORs will be considered reprint copies. The app will notify you if the OR is a reprint.

  • Globe Postpaid, Platinum, Globe Business, and Postpaid MyFi customers can download their ORs. For OR copy requests beyond 24 months for Globe At Home or Globe Business Broadband, use the GlobeOne app or send a request to m.me/globeph.

To link your GCash account to GlobeOne, follow these steps:

  1. On the Home page, tap “Link GCash”.

  2. You’ll be directed to the GCash gateway.

  3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to complete the linking process.

Note:

  • You can only link the GCash account to the same mobile account.

  • There is currently no option to unlink a GCash account once it's linked.

  • If you accidentally close the page while the payment is processing, the transaction will likely still go through. Please check your GCash or bank account to see if the payment was deducted. If it wasn't, you can try again.

  • If you receive the error message: "It wasn't processed / Please contact your issuing bank," ensure you have enough credit limit or account balance before making the payment. If the issue persists, contact your issuing bank.

  • You can contact Globe via m.me/globeph for further assistance. For payment issues, please reach out to GCash or your bank's support hotline for help.
