You cannot add Oona Travel Insurance with these promos:
- Easy Roam 149
- Roam Surf 399/499
- Platinum unlimited data roaming
- GPlan PLUS 799–2499 (with local GBs converted to roaming)
- Roam Surf4All (Only group owners can add insurance. Members cannot.)
- Call and Text Promos
You cannot get a refund after you add Oona Travel Insurance to your roaming promo.
Oona offers two insurance packages: basic and premium. Each package gives different coverage, which are the following:
- Accidental death: up to ₱2,500,000
- Medical costs, emergency evacuation, return of remains, and personal liability:
- Basic: up to ₱250,000
- Premium: up to ₱2,500,000
- Flight delay or missed connection: up to ₱2,500 per 8-hour delay, up to ₱20,000
- Trip cancellation or interruption: up to ₱15,000
- Lost or damaged baggage: up to ₱2,500 per item, up to ₱40,000
- 24/7 worldwide travel assistance
You can buy Oona Travel Insurance starting at ₱109. The price depends on how long your roaming promo lasts. Here are the prices:

Follow these steps in the GlobeOne app:
- Tap Buy Promos on your dashboard.
- Select the account or mobile number.
- Choose a roaming promo for your trip.
- Tick the box to add Oona Travel Insurance.
- Select your payment method and tap Buy.
- Fill in the traveler’s form. Confirm that your details are correct.
- After payment, you will see your receipt in the app.
- You will get your insurance policy by email.
