GOCALLIDD FAQs

GOCALLIDD is an IDD promo with the lowest rates to the Middle East at ₱5 per minute! It also allows you to call Europe for only ₱5 per minute and North America and Asia Pacific for only ₱2.50 per minute. GOCALLIDD comes in four variants. Each variant has equivalent IDD credits for discounted IDD calls.

When registered to GOCALLIDD, your calls to eligible countries will be charged against your IDD credits, not your regular load. Once you’ve used up your credits, calls will be charged at the standard IDD rates and deducted from your regular load.

For example, if you registered for GOCALLIDD 30 with ₱30 IDD credits and make a 4-minute call to the U.S. (₱2.50 per minute), your remaining credits will be ₱20 after the call.

All Globe Prepaid, TM and Postpaid customers can register to GOCALLIDD

• Prepaid/TM customers: No maintaining balance required. Just ensure you have enough load to cover the promo price.
• Postpaid customers: You can purchase GOCALLIDD as an add-on, as long as it’s within your spending and credit limit.

Yes, you can register even if you're subscribed to data, local, or international text promos. However, you cannot register for GOCALLIDD if you already have an active IDD promo. You must wait for it to expire or unsubscribe before registering.

There's no special call cards needed to avail this offer! You can register to GOCALLIDD in two ways.

II. Register via USSD

Definitely! You can call both mobile and landline numbers abroad with GOCALLIDD.

No special prefix is needed. Just dial:

• 00 + country code + area code + mobile/landline number
• + + country code + area code + mobile/landline number

If you use other prefixes aside from <00> or <+>, you will be charged with the regular IDD rate of $0.4 per minute.

There is no limit to the numbers you can call as long as they are located in the covered countries.

We're sorry to hear that. The call only gets charged against your IDD credits when it is answered. However, the call sometimes connects to the voicemail of the person you're calling which is why the system reads it as a completed call.

If you call a country outside the coverage of GOCALLIDD, you will be charged with the regular IDD rate of $0.4 per minute.

There are two ways to check the status of your promo. You can do this by texting to 8080 or dialing *143#. Upon inquiring, you will receive a text message with the name of your active promo, remaining IDD credits, expiration date and time.

If you're a Globe Prepaid or TM customer, your call will be cut. Your next calls abroad will be charged with regular rates. The full consumption of your IDD credits will not affect any remaining MBs for Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Viber.

If you're a Postpaid customer, the call will not be cut but it will continue with regular rates.

We're sorry, you will not be notified upon the full consumption of your GOCALLIDD credits. We advise that you regularly check your promo status to ensure that you have enough credits to make international calls.

No, GOCALLIDD can only be used within the Philippines. If you travel abroad, the promo will be deactivated, but the original expiration date will still apply.

For example, if you register for GOCALLIDD 199 on January 1 and travel abroad from January 2 to 5, the promo will not be usable while abroad. Upon returning to the Philippines, you can use it again, but it will still expire on January 30.

Yes, you will be notified upon the expiration of your promo.

You can unsubscribe from GOCALLIDD in two ways, first is via text message and second is via USSD.

II. Unsubscribe via USSD
