What is GOCALLIDD?
GOCALLIDD is an IDD promo with the lowest rates to the Middle East at P5 per minute! It also allows you to call Europe for only P5 per minute and North America and Asia Pacific for only P2.50 per minute. GOCALLIDD comes in four variants. Each variant has equivalent IDD credits for discounted IDD calls.

Awesome! How can I use my IDD credits?
When registered to GOCALLIDD, your calls to the covered countries will be charged against your IDD credits and not from your regular load. Once you have consumed your IDD credits, you will be charged with regular IDD rates and this will be deducted from your regular load.
For example, you registered to GOCALLIDD 30 with P30 IDD credits for discounted IDD calls and you call the US for 4 minutes. After the call, your remaining consumable amount will be P20.
How many IDD minutes do I get for each variant?
It depends on the country that you're calling. Refer to the table below:

Can I register to the promo if I'm subscribed to other data, international or local promos?
You can still register to GOCALLIDD even if you're currently subscribed to other data, local or International text message promos. However, you will not be able to register if you're currently subscribed to other IDD offers. In order to activate your GOCALLIDD, you will have to wait for the expiration of your current promo or unsubscribe to it. At the same time, while registered to GOCALLIDD, you will not be able to subscribe to other international offers.
I see. How do I register to GOCALLIDD? Do I have to purchase a special IDD card to avail this promo?
There's no special call cards needed to avail this offer! You can register to GOCALLIDD in two ways.

Can I call both mobile and landline numbers abroad?
Definitely! You can call both mobile and landline numbers abroad with GOCALLIDD.
How do I call abroad? Do I need to use a special syntax?
There is no special prefix needed! Just dial <00><country code><area code><mobile or landline number>. You can also use the dialing sequence <+><country code><area code><mobile or landline number>.
If I dial using other prefixes like <12800> or <12808> will my call still have discounted rates?
If you use other prefixes aside from <00> or <+>, you will be charged with the regular IDD rate of $0.4 per minute.
Is there a limit to the international numbers that I can call?
There is no limit to the numbers you can call as long as they are located in the covered countries.
That's nice. I tried to call but it was unanswered. Why was it still deducted from my IDD credits?
We're sorry to hear that. The call only gets charged against your IDD credits when it is answered. However, the call sometimes connects to the voicemail of the person you're calling which is why the system reads it as a completed call.
If I call a country outside the coverage of GOCALLIDD, how will I be charged?
If you call a country outside the coverage of GOCALLIDD, you will be charged with the regular IDD rate of $0.4 per minute.
How will I know the status of my promo?
There are two ways to check the status of your promo. You can do this by texting to 8080 or dialing *143#. Upon inquiring, you will receive a text message with the name of your active promo, remaining IDD credits, expiration date and time.

What if I use up all of my IDD credits in the middle of a call?
If you're a Globe Prepaid or TM customer, your call will be cut. Your next calls abroad will be charged with regular rates. The full consumption of your IDD credits will not affect any remaining MBs for Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Viber.
If you're a Postpaid customer, the call will not be cut but it will continue with regular rates.
Will I be notified once I use up all of my GOCALLIDD credits?
We're sorry, you will not be notified upon the full consumption of your GOCALLIDD credits. We advise that you regularly check your promo status to ensure that you have enough credits to make international calls.
Can I use GOCALLIDD anywhere in the Philippines? How about if I'm abroad?
You can use GOCALLIDD anywhere in the Philippines. However, the promo will be deactivated while you're abroad and the original expiration date will apply.
For example, you registered to GOCALLIDD 199 on January 1 and you will be leaving the country from January 2 to 5. While abroad, you will be charged with regular roaming rates for your calls abroad. Upon returning the Philippines, you can enjoy GOCALLIDD 199 again. Despite the deactivation from January 2 to 5, your GOCALLIDD 199 will still expire on January 30.
Will I be notified if my GOCALLIDD expires?
Yes, you will be notified upon the expiration of your promo.
How do I unsubscribe from GOCALLIDD?
You can unsubscribe from GOCALLIDD in two ways, first is via text message and second is via USSD.

I want to apply for a Globe myLifestyle Plan, can I make GOCALLIDD 199 a part of my committed monthly service fee?
Of course! GOCALLIDD 199 can be a part of your committed monthly service fee. As long as this promo is included in your plan, you will be able to enjoy discounted rates to the Middle East and Europe at P5 per minute and North America and Asia Pacific at P2.50 per minute.
Your calls will be deducted from your consumable amount. Please note that GOCALLIDD 30, GOCALLIDD 50, and GOCALLIDD 99 cannot be part of your committed monthly service fee.
I am currently subscribed to All New My Super Plan/ Blackberry Unli Surf Combo/ Super Davao Plan, Best Ever My Super Plan/ My Fully Loaded Plan, can I still register to GOCALLIDD?
Yes, you can register to all variants if you have an existing plan. You can register via SMS or USSD as stated above.
Does GOCALLIDD 199 function differently if I buy it as a part of plan as compared to buying it on top of my plan?
There are certain differences if you buy GOCALLIDD as a part of your plan and if you buy it on top of your plan. Making it part of your plan means that it is part of your monthly fee and the promo will automatically recur monthly even if you do not register to it. Purchasing it on top of your plan means that you will register to GOCALLIDD even if you already have an existing Globe plan.

Here's an example if made GOCALLIDD a part of your plan.
- You purchased GOCALLIDD 199 a part of your Plan 999 that has P100 consumable.
- Whenever you call the Middle East, your consumable will be deducted by P5 per minute. Once there is no consumable left, the calls will be charged on top of your promo.
- If you made 60 minutes of calls to the Middle East, your bill for that month will be P1,198.
a. 20 minutes will be charged against your P100 consumable
b. 40 minutes is charged on top of your plan.
- The next month, there is no need to register to GOCALLIDD 199, as long as the line is active, you will be able to enjoy the discounted rates.
Here's an example if you bought GOCALLIDD on top of your plan.
- You have an existing Plan 999 and you registered to GOCALLIDD 199 via SMS. With that you get P200 consumable amount for discounted rates.
- Whenever you call the Middle East, your P200 credits will be deducted by P5 per minute. Once you have no credits left, the calls will be charged with regular rates.
- You called the Middle East for 60 minutes.
a. 20 minutes will be charged against the consumable amount
b. 40 minutes will be charged with regular rates.
- Your bill for that month is P1,958 (Monthly Fee of 999 + GOCALLIDD 199 + P760 for regular rate calls)
If I purchase GOCALLIDD and I don't call abroad, do I still get charged the complete amount?
Even if you do not use the promo, as long as it is active in your plan you will still have to pay for its full amount.
Can I subscribe to the promo multiple times? Say for example, two GOCALLIDD 199 registrations?
Yes, that is possible. You can need to make sure that the amount to be charged to your account is still within your spending limit.
Just in case I would like to request for temporary disconnection of my Postpaid plan (lost phone/SIM, defective phone/SIM, out of country, etc.), what will happen to my Unli IDD subscription?
In case of temporary disconnection, the validity and monthly fee of GOCALLIDD will remain unchanged.
For example, you registered to GOCALLIDD 199 on January 1 and you requested for a temporary disconnection from January 3 to January 5. Despite the temporary disconnection of your plan for 3 days, your promo will still expire on January 30 and you will still get billed for the full amount of P199.
