- How can I register to Roam Surf4All?
Roam Surf4All is a data roaming promo that can be shared with up to 4 other travelers during your trip abroad.
You can register to Roam Surf4All on the GlobeOne app.
Click Buy Promos > click More Promos Abroad > Shareable Promos Abroad > and choose your preferred Roam Surf4All promo. Click subscribe and select your preferred payment method to confirm.
The payment can be charged to your postpaid bill, load, credit or debit card, via bank transfer through BPI, BDO, and Unionbank, or your e-wallet using maya, ShopeePay and GrabPay. Once your registration is successful, you can start adding members to the group.
Globe Prepaid and TM customers can also register via GCash. To register, choose Load, select Mobile, then Globe, and enter a valid prepaid or TM mobile number. Then choose the Roaming & Int’l. tab, select your preferred Roam Surf4All promo and click Buy Now.
- How can I add or remove a member in my Roam Surf4All group?
You can add a maximum of four other Globe Postpaid, Prepaid, or TM numbers to your group.
To add a member in GlobeOne, click the usage tracker on your GlobeOne dashboard.
Under your plan usage, select Group Data.
Click Add Member and enter the mobile number of the member you wish to add.
Tap your name from the dashboard to go to your account details, scroll down to your plan usage.
Under the data tab, you can view your group data; from there you can add or remove members.
A member of another group can’t be added to your group.
- I’m a member of a Roam Surf4All group. Can I remove myself from the group?
Yes, you can leave the group through the GlobeOne app.
To leave, click the usage tracker on your GlobeOne dashboard.
Under your plan usage, select Group Data.
Click Leave Group to confirm.
Once you have left the group, you will no longer be able to access the group’s data and any unused data that was allocated to your number will revert to the owner of the group. Postpaid members who left the group and have their mobile data and data roaming still on will activate Roam Surf 399 automatically. Globe Prepaid and TM customers who have left the group will be able to browse if they register to a data promo.
- My group’s Roam Surf4All data is almost all used up. Can I register for another promo for the same group?
Yes, you can register for another Roam Surf4All group even if there’s still an active Roam Surf4All promo. The data allowance of the new promo will be added to the existing promo, and the validity of the new promo will be followed.
- How can I set the data limit and monitor the shared data usage of my Roam Surf4All group?
Only owners of the group can set the data limit and view the data usage of each member. To set the data limit, click the usage tracker on GlobeOne. Under the Your plan usage section, click the usage tracker and select Group Data. Select the member and choose the GBs you want to allocate to that member, then click Save to confirm.
Members can only monitor the overall data usage of the group and his /her usage via GlobeOne. Members won’t be able to set the data limit or view the usage of other members.
- What happens if the owner leaves the Roam Surf4All group?
If the owner leaves the Roam Surf4All group, any unused data will be forfeited and all members will lose their shared data.
To stay connected abroad in this case, prepaid customers can register for a Roam Surf offer via the GlobeOne app or GCash.
Postpaid customers, on the other hand, can automatically enjoy the convenience of all-day browsing with the activation of Roam Surf 399, valid for 24 hours. To stop Roam Surf 399, turn off your mobile data/data roaming and switch to 3G, if applicable.
- What If my Roam Surf4All’s data allowance runs out before the validity period ends?
If you use up all your data before your current promo expires, any remaining validity period will be forfeited. The validity period for the new promo will begin as soon as you register for a Roam Surf4All promo.
For example, if you use all 10GB on the 10th day of your 15-day Roam Surf Longer Stay promo, the remaining 5 days of validity will be lost. If you register for a new Roam Surf4All 2599 promo, the 7-day validity period for this new promo will start immediately.
- Why can’t I register for Roam Surf4All when I have an active Surf4All?
You cannot simultaneously use both the local and international Surf4All. To register for Roam Surf4All, you need to deactivate first your local Surf4All promo.
- I haven’t received the refund request for my Roam Surf4All, what should I do?
The refund will be processed back to the original payment method you used.
