Roam Surf 499 lets Globe Postpaid customers enjoy all-day data roaming for only ₱499 per 24 hours when traveling in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United Kingdom. It also includes 10 minutes of free voice calls to all networks, both incoming and outgoing.

Once the free 10-minute call allowance is used up, standard roaming call rates will apply. This promo follows Globe’s Fair Use Policy for data promos.

For other destinations, Roam Surf 399 remains available, offering all-day data roaming for P399 per 24 hours (without the free 10-minute voice call).

There’s no need to register! Just turn on your mobile data and data roaming when you arrive in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the UK. The promo activates automatically when you start browsing.

You'll receive notifications to keep track of your usage:

  • A text confirmation when your promo starts.
  • A reminder 3 hours before the promo expires.
  • A final notification once the 24-hour validity period ends.

Your Roam Surf 499 includes 10 minutes of free voice calls to any network while in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the UK. This applies to both incoming and outgoing calls.

Once your free calls are used up, standard roaming call rates will apply.

To check your remaining voice call balance, text ROAM VOICE BAL to 8080 (free of charge).

Note: There may be a slight delay in reflecting your updated balance after making a call.

Your Roam Surf 499 subscription lasts 24 hours from activation.

For example, if you activate it at 9:00 PM, it will expire at 8:59 PM the next day—not at midnight.

To avoid unexpected roaming charges, turn off mobile data and data roaming before the promo expires.

Like other roaming services, Roam Surf 499 is charged on top of consumables, except for selected Platinum plans with consumable roaming. Once the roaming consumables are all used, the Roam Surf 499 will be charged on top of the bill.

As long as you remain in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the UK, Roam Surf 499 will stay active for 24 hours at a single charge of P499.

However, if you leave these countries and enter a destination not covered by Roam Surf 499, but your mobile data and data roaming are turned on, Roam Surf 399 (P399/24 hours) will automatically activate.

To avoid unexpected roaming charges, turn off mobile data and data roaming when traveling between countries.

If your Roam Surf 399 is still active, you can continue using it while in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the UK.

Once Roam Surf 399 expires, and your mobile data and data roaming are enabled, Roam Surf 499 will automatically activate.

To prevent auto-activation, turn off data roaming before your Roam Surf 399 expires.

You can continue using Roam Surf 499 in any Roam Surf partner country for mobile data. However, the 10-minute voice call freebie is only valid in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UK.

Once Roam Surf 499 expires, and your mobile data and roaming are still enabled, Roam Surf 399 (without the 10-minute voice call freebie) will automatically activate in other Roam Surf partner countries.

To avoid additional charges, turn off data roaming when leaving a Roam Surf 499-covered country.

No, Roam Surf 499 is not stackable. The promo automatically renews once your current subscription expires.

You’ll receive a confirmation text once the renewal is successful.

If you don’t want Roam Surf 499 to renew, turn off mobile data and data roaming before your current subscription ends.

If you have remaining days on your Easy Roam subscription, it will continue to cover your data roaming while in Hong Kong, Singapore, or the UK.

Once Easy Roam expires, and your mobile data and data roaming are still enabled, Roam Surf 499 will automatically activate, and you will be charged ₱499 for 24 hours.

To prevent unwanted charges, turn off data roaming before your Easy Roam expires.
