Roam Surf Global Packs 999 and above now come with a one-year validity, giving you 365 days to use your data across multiple trips abroad. Any unused data stays available for your next trip within the validity period, so you can make the most of your pack whenever you travel.

The promo is open to Globe Platinum, Postpaid, Prepaid, and TM customers. You can register by using GCash or the GlobeOne app.

Yes. You can pre‑register up to a year in advance.

Prepaid and TM users can register via GCash or GlobeOne once abroad. Postpaid users can register anytime via GlobeOne. 

GoRoam works only in specific countries. It gives you a set data allowance, validity, and price. 

Roam Surf works in more than one country. It is useful for cross‑country trips.

Roam Surf Global Packs come with one-year validity, giving you 365 days to use your data across eligible destinations.

No. Roam Surf Global Packs are charged on top of your monthly plan and cannot be deducted from your Platinum plan consumable allowance. 

No, only Roam Surf Global Packs 999 and above have one-year validity. Roam Surf 399 and Roam Surf 499 maintain their standard validity periods. 

No. Your Roam Surf Global Pack already gives you all-access data for apps and websites for the duration of its validity. 

Yes. You can use your Roam Surf Global Pack across multiple eligible Roam Surf destinations within its validity period, making it convenient for trips that take you to more than one country.

Your one-year validity starts once you activate your promo abroad. To activate it, turn on mobile data and data roaming on your device.

The one-year validity applies only to Roam Surf Global Packs 999 and higher. Other roaming data promos will keep their standard validity, including Roam Surf 399, which comes with 1GB valid for 3 days.

 You may track your remaining data and the promo validity in the Roaming tab under your account dashboard or text ROAM DATA BAL to 8080 at no extra cost. 

Yes. You can use your Roam Surf Global Pack across over 100 eligible destinations. As long as your pack is still valid and you have remaining data, you can travel from Singapore to the US and Europe using the same data allocation without changing your settings.

You can stack your one-year Roam Surf Global Pack with other active Roam Surf promos. You can also have up to two of the same Roam Surf Global Packs active at a time. For example, if you already have two active Roam Surf 999 packs, you’ll need to use one before you can purchase another Roam Surf 999.

Your unused data stays ready for your next trip abroad. When you return to the Philippines, your remaining Roam Surf Global Pack data will be paused since it’s intended for international use. Once you travel abroad again, you can continue using your remaining data as long as your pack is still valid.
