We have simplified our message senders to protect you from scam and other unofficial messages.
Remember, Globe or 8080 will not send text messages with links or ask for your One-Time PIN. DO NOT click and avoid suspicious links to protect your personal info.
Customers under the following Globe and TM services will receive messages from the new official senders:
- Mobile Services: Globe Prepaid, TM, Globe Postpaid, Platinum, and GOMO
- Home Internet Services: Globe at Home Postpaid, Home Prepaid WiFi, and GFiber Prepaid
- AMAX Retailers
Globe will update this advisory once other brands are included.
