How do I enroll in Autopay?

You may enroll thru the bank that issued your credit card.

Can I use someone else's credit card to enroll my Globe account in Auto Pay?

The card holder whose name appears on the credit card should request for your account's enrollment in Auto Pay. Please ask the card holder to contact the bank that issued his credit card.

Can I enroll a Globe account that's not under my name in Auto Pay?

Yes, as long as you are the card holder. Please contact your credit card's issuing bank to enroll the Globe account.

Can I enroll multiple accounts in Auto Pay?

Yes, you may enroll multiple accounts, but the approval of your enrollment will be subject to your available credit limit and approval from your bank.

When will my payments be posted when made via Auto Pay?

Your payments will be posted to your account within 24 hours.
