What is this text from GlobeMyBill?

As a Globe Postpaid customer, you can now access your latest bill using the link provided in the Bill via Text message from GLOBEMYBILL.

How does Bill via Text work?

  • Every month, you'll receive a text message informing you that your bill is ready.
  • The text will tell you that your latest bill can be viewed in the GlobeOne app.
  • It will contain the mobile number, your total amount due, and your due date.

I can't view my bill using my phone.

You can use any device with access to the internet. You need to download the GlobeOne app from Google Play or the App Store and enroll your account in the app.


Once enrolled, you may view your latest and up to your previous 24 bills.


To view your latest bill, tap the amount to be paid on the landing page, and click Bill details.

To view your previous bills, tap the amount to be paid on the landing page, click Bill details, tap Previous, and then, click View History at the bottom of the page.


In the Bill Statements tab, you may choose to display the number of bills you’d like to view from the dropdown, and then tap on a specific bill.

Can I unsubscribe from this service?

This is a mandatory service for Globe Postpaid customers as we have shifted to Paperless Billing in support of the government's public safety measures and the gradual rollout of its vaccination program. Our delivery of paper bills is temporarily suspended until further advice as approved by the NTC.

Can I print my bill?

Yes, but you must download a copy first. You may then print directly from your device or transfer the file to a flash drive before printing.
