  • For online payments, the cardholder must provide the required card verification details.

Absolutely! Using the GlobeOne app, you can pay for up to 10 enrolled accounts in one transaction.

  • Non-real-time payment channels: Payments are posted within 3–5 business days.

  2. Reconnect your line: Once your payment is processed, your line will be reconnected within 2 hours.
