What is the Disney + offer?

GPlan PLUS now comes bundled with 12 months Disney+ Mobile access at plans 1799-2499! New line applicants and plan renewal postpaid customers under GPlan PLUS 1799-2499 who applied, were approved and whose lines were activated during the promo period of February 7, 2023 to March 31, 2023 are eligible for this offer.

Upon SIM or plan activation, eligible customers will receive a text that their Disney+ voucher will be ready in 7 business days.

What is Disney+?

Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star. From Hollywood movies to Korean dramas, you’ll enjoy an ever-growing library of stories from the latest Disney+ Originals, award-winning films to variety shows.

With new titles added regularly, you can watch the latest blockbusters, award-winning series, documentaries and so much more. Stream at home, on-the-go or download selected content to watch offline on compatible devices.

How do I redeem the Disney+ voucher?

You'll receive a text once your 12 months’ Disney+ Mobile is ready.

You may redeem the offer through the View Vouchers section of the GlobeOne app.

To redeem it from the View Vouchers section:

  1. Install the GlobeOne app by clicking
  2. Register your Globe Postpaid account in the app.
  3. On the home page, tap 'VIEW VOUCHERS' and go to the Lifestyle/Content tab. 
  4. Use the Disney+ voucher to claim your 12 months mobile access on Disney’s website at

Make sure to claim your voucher within 60 days from the time you received it.

It's been 7 working days already but I haven't received my voucher. Where can I raise concerns?

You may raise your concerns via Globe Telecom's Facebook Messenger account at and we'll get back to you in 1-2 business days.

As a postpaid customer, is there a way to avail of Disney+ if I'm not on a GPlan PLUS?

You can subscribe to Disney+ via 2 methods:

  1. Charge to your postpaid bill via the GlobeOne app. You can subscribe to the following offers:
    • Premium:
      • 1 month access: P369
      • 12 months access: P2,950
    • Mobile:
      • 1 month access: P159
      • 12 months access: P1,150
  2. Use your rewards points to redeem vouchers to Disney+.
    • Premium:
      • 1 month access: 295 Rewards points
    • Mobile:
      • 1 month access: 127 Rewards points
    • For customers on GPlan PLUS 799 and higher, you can get additional rewards points when you convert your excess data allowance via the GlobeOne app.
