Frequently Asked Questions on Flagship Forever Program
With Flagship Forever, you can upgrade to the latest flagship device every year, without waiting for your current contract to end. It also includes device protection, either as an add-on or a freebie, as cover against accidental damage. Starting July 9, 2025, you can sign up through your dedicated Relationship Manager, at any Globe store, or via THEA, the Platinum Digital Assistant on Facebook Messenger for quick assistance.
It's open to customers ready to renew their contracts, either once your current contract has ended or within 30 days of its end date. Flagship Forever for the Samsung Z Series (e.g., Galaxy Z Fold, Z Flip) and Samsung S Series ended last October 31, 2025. Starting this November 7, 2025 until January 17, 2026, you can avail of Flagship Forever for the iPhone 17 Series.
Note that customers applying for new or additional postpaid accounts, those with remaining 6 months in their contracts, and mobile number switchers from prepaid to postpaid are not eligible for Flagship Forever.
You can enjoy Flagship Forever if you are on any of the following Globe plans:
As an add-on:
- GPlans with Device 1799 to 2499
- All-New GPlan PLUS 1299 to 2499
- All-New Platinum GPlan 3799
- All-New Platinum GPlan PLUS 3799
As a freebie:
- All-New Platinum GPlan 4999
- All-New Platinum GPlan PLUS 4999
- All-New Platinum GPlan 7999
- All-New Platinum GPlan PLUS 7999
You can request only one device upgrade between the 12th and 24th month of your Globe contract, depending on available models. Upgrades are limited to the same series (e.g., a Galaxy Z Flip6 can only be upgraded to the latest Galaxy Z).
Here’s how you can get your phone assessed for an upgrade:
- Log in to our partner’s webpage with your Globe Postpaid/Platinum number and verify via OTP.
- Select Upgrade, choose your new device, and share your phone’s condition.
- Provide your address for device assessment.
- Receive your request summary, assessment report, and payment confirmation via email.
- Pick up your new phone at a Globe store or through your Platinum Relationship Manager.
Your brand-new device will come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Also, you are not allowed to transfer the ownership of your device or your Flagship Forever subscription to another person.
Once your request is approved, follow these steps for a smooth exchange:
- Keep your Flagship Forever subscription active and ensure your device is registered with Globe.
- Complete the service request, settle any fees, back up all your data, and wipe it from your device.
- Remove your SIM, disable the Find My Phone feature, and screen locks.
- Check your email for the request summary, assessment report, and payment confirmation.
- Exchange your old phone at a Globe store or with your Platinum Relationship Manager (PRM). A 30-day return window applies via PRM. If your device does not meet condition standards, you may opt for a virtual switch or repair, with applicable fees.
When you renew your plan with the latest flagship device as early as 12 months into your contract, a one-time upgrade fee and a switch fee will apply.
- Subscription fee: ₱899/month for S Series devices, or ₱999/month for Z Series devices, P599/month for iPhone 17 Series
- Switch fee: ₱4,000
- Screen replacement fee: Waived
- Upgrade fee: ₱4,000 for S Series, ₱6,000 for Z Series (waived for Plans 4999 and 7999)
- Device pre-termination fees are automatically waived when you renew your plan.
Your Flagship Forever charges will appear on your Globe Postpaid or Platinum bill. Your subscription will renew automatically, so you don't have to worry about missing out! If you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that any payments already made cannot be refunded. The full monthly fee will apply from the day you subscribe, no matter when your regular billing cycle ends.
Only you, as the account owner, are allowed to cancel your subscription during your device’s contract, and an early termination fee will apply.

Payments already made cannot be refunded. Once canceled, Flagship Forever cannot be reactivated.
