Some Reminders:

• You can't undo a swap within the same cycle

For Roaming Swaps:

• Activate data roaming and use the service within 72 hours of converting.
• No refunds will be issued for unused roaming data.

The Globe Rewards points-earning period typically spans from January to December. Points you earn will expire by March 31 of the following year.

For example:

• Points earned from January to December 2024 expire by March 31, 2025.

When you downgrade to the All-new GPlan PLUS plan, you will still enjoy non-expiring Globe Rewards points. However, if you downgrade to a Plan with Device, all points will expire at the next cutoff.
