How to Request Termination of a Mobile Postpaid Account

You can easily request for account termination through any of the following channels:

 

  • GlobeOne app: From your dashboard, simply click the Help icon, then Get Help

  • Facebook Messenger: Reach out via our official Messenger.

  • Dial 211: Use your Globe mobile to dial 211 for assistance.

To request for termination of your Globe Postpaid plan, your mobile postpaid account must be:

 

  • Your mobile postpaid account is active and working.

  • You’re outside of any contract.

  • All balances and unbilled usage charges have been fully paid.


If the account owner is deceased, you will need to submit the following:

 

  • Death certificate

  • Proof of identification of the deceased owner and the requestor.

Yes, you can! However, we recommend finishing the remaining contract term to avoid pre-termination fees.
