How to Request Termination of a Mobile Postpaid Account
Where can I request for termination of my Globe Postpaid mobile account?
You may request for account termination through the following channels:
- GlobeOne app
- Go to the Dashboard section, click Help Center from the Quick Actions and search for "termination"
- Dial 211 using your Globe mobile
What are the requirements to request for termination of my Globe Postpaid mobile subscription?
To request for termination, your mobile postpaid account must be:
- Active and working
- Outside of any contract
- All balances and unbilled usage charges should be fully paid up
If the existing owner is deceased, the following should be submitted by the requestor:
- Death certificate
- Proof of Identification of the deceased owner and requestor
Can I request for termination of an account that’s still within contract?
Yes you may, however, we recommend completing what remains of the existing contract before requesting for termination as pre-termination fees will apply.
