To request for termination of your Globe Postpaid plan, your mobile postpaid account must be:
Your mobile postpaid account is active and working.
You’re outside of any contract.
All balances and unbilled usage charges have been fully paid.
If the account owner is deceased, you will need to submit the following:
Death certificate
Proof of identification of the deceased owner and the requestor.
