What is Globe Rewards+’s trial membership?

Upon launch of Globe Rewards+, Globe Prepaid customers who have accumulated a load of P1,800 or above over the past 180 days can enjoy the membership for 90 days. To continue enjoying your perks and privileges, please ensure to upgrade your membership.

What is Super Xclusive Go+99?

Super Xclusive Go+99 is an exclusive promo, available only to Globe Rewards+ members. This offer includes 8GB for all sites and apps, 8GB for either your choice of content apps or 5G data, your choice of vibing voucher, and unli allnet calls and texts, valid for 7 days.


Super Xclusive Go+99 is only available on GlobeOne. To register, open your GlobeOne app, click on Globe Rewards+, and tap Promos.





Membership & Eligibility

How can I become a member of Globe Rewards+?

You will be eligible to be a Globe Rewards+ member if you have spent an accumulated load amount of at least P3,000 over the past 180 days for Premium and at least P1,800 over the past 180 days for Trial.


Once eligible, you must complete the entry mission to unlock the full benefits.

Where can I see my Globe Rewards+ membership status?

Once you open GlobeOne, tap on the Globe Rewards+ icon to access your dashboard. You'll see your Globe Rewards+ profile with your membership tag.

If I’m notified as an eligible member, how can I unlock Globe Rewards+’s benefits?

To unlock all premium perks and privileges from Globe Rewards+, just complete the entry mission found on your dashboard.

How do I upgrade my membership from trial to premium?

To ensure your account will be upgraded from trial to premium, please ensure you've accumulated a total of P3,000 spend by the time your trial membership period is due. You can monitor your spend via the spend meter seen in your Globe Rewards+ profile.


You will also need to accomplish a welcome mission to unlock your premium membership. Your Go+99 Welcome mission will only be completed if you use GCash, debit / credit card, other eWallets, or official retailers as your payment method. Promo registrations charged to load will not reflect here.

How do I maintain my premium membership?

To ensure your account will maintain its premium membership, please ensure you've accumulated P3,000 spend by the time premium membership membership period is due. You can monitor your spend via the spend meter seen in your Globe Rewards+ profile.


To see your spend meter, go to GlobeOne, tap on Globe Rewards+ from the homepage, and you’ll see your spend meter on your Globe Rewards+ profile.

How does the spend meter work?

Your Globe Rewards+ spend meter tracks your latest load transactions from the past 180 days. All load transactions from different channels, even outside of GlobeOne, are tracked and counted.


Your spend reflects transactions paid via GCash, debit / credit card, other eWallets, or official retailers. Promo registrations charged to load will not reflect here.


To see your spend meter, go to GlobeOne, tap on Globe Rewards+ from the homepage, and you’ll see your spend meter on your Globe Rewards+ profile.

I’ve exceeded the P3,000 spend requirement. Will the excess amount be carried over once I renew my membership?

Your Globe Rewards+ spend meter will only track your latest load transactions after you renewed your membership. Any excess before renewal will not be carried over.


Example:

  • Current Spend meter before upgrade or renewal: P2,900
  • Eligibility for next tier or Renewal: P3,000
  • New Top up: P149


New Spend Meter value upon upgrade or renewal: P0.00 (Excess P49 will not reflect on the spend meter)

Can I transfer my Globe Rewards+ membership to someone else?

Unfortunately, your Globe Rewards+ membership is non-transferrable.

Can I lose my Globe Rewards+ membership?

You may lose your Globe Rewards+ membership if you do not meet the minimum spend requirements. Don’t worry, we keep track of your load transaction history to see if you’ve met the spend requirements.

Will I still have my membership if I deleted GlobeOne?

Yes. However, you can’t redeem the membership’s rewards and perks if you uninstall the GlobeOne app.





Missions, Rewards, and Badges

How can I earn Globe Rewards+ points and access to events?

As a member, you get full access to the Rewards+ and Events tab on your Globe Rewards+ Dashboard.


For rewards, select your reward of choice and view your claimed voucher in your voucher pocket.


For events, stay tuned to the specific sign up details per event.

How can I use my claimed voucher?

  1. Upon claiming the voucher, a unique code and external link will be provided.
  2. Open the link and you'll be redirected to the partner’s website
  3. Before checking out, apply the unique code to get the discount
  4. Enjoy your reward!

Are my Globe Rewards+ reward points or vouchers convertible to cash?

Points and vouchers are not convertible to cash.

What happens to my missions if I lose my Globe Rewards+ membership?

Unfortunately, any ongoing missions cannot be continued during non-membership period. However, you can still continue completing your previous membership’s missions once you’ve qualified as a Globe Rewards+ member again as long as the mission is still active.

What happens to my badges if I lose my Globe Rewards+ membership?

Any badges earned will be retained on your Globe Rewards+ profile even if you’re already a non-member. If you re-join Globe Rewards+, you will be able to see the badges you previously collected.

I am still a Globe Rewards+ member, why did I lose an ongoing mission?

Each mission has a validity time period. Open mission details to know the expiry date of each mission.

What happens to my vouchers if I lose my Globe Rewards+ membership?

You may still use and claim your vouchers as long as the mission is still active in Globe Rewards+. Voucher validity will depend on what is stated in the terms and conditions.
